Joe is joined by Karam and Tom from Who Got the Assist? for the latest episode of the Scoutcast tonight.

You can watch it on our YouTube channel from 8pm BST to 9pm BST.

As the Champions League is back on our screens, this episode will overlap with the European action and we will try to bring you regular updates from Manchester City and Tottenham’s matches.

Episode 303 marks a slight changing of the guard when it comes to the captaincy.

After a rotation of Liveprool and Manchester City players in the early rounds of the season, Arsenal are starting to creep into the equation some more.

What impact this should have on our transfers and armband decisions will be the task of Joe, Karam and Tom tonight.

After some impressive statistics in recent weeks, Riyad Mahrez (£8.5m) commands some of our time as we discuss if he’s worth signing.

There will also be time to have a weekly look at how defenders are getting on at both ends of the spectrum as well as the success of assets from newly-promoted teams.

    Thoughts on this -8

    Salah to Sterling
    KDB to Mahrez
    Cantwell to Son

Salah not in form, difficult fixtures; Sterling should start, coming back into form, nice fixtures
KDB injured this GW, don't know when he's back; Mahrez in top form, nice fixtures; (Kelly sub)
Cantwell not good enough for 4th mid; Son coming into form, nice fixtures

Exact funds to do this; all transfers in potential for double figures this GW and upcoming fixtures....

Scored last GW, scored and assisted League Cup, been unlucky not to return in previous GWs; he's not going to permanently regress from the player he's been for the last two seasons

Issues would be Mahrez start doubt, and will City be the same attacking force without KDB

hmm on second thoughts KDB-less City not so good vs WAT, also have Kun, who might be a doubt for this GW and going forwards....

Kane did not hit Jan half hard enough.

Pity that story did not come out before the season started as i started with Jan in my fpl team and had to burn a transfer to dump his traitorous cheating ass. 🙁

    Hello all,
I’m unsure on the rules as to sharing posts for charity but my girlfriend is doing a charity skydive for breast cancer care as her mum was recently diagnosed with cancer. It’s a charity very close to my heart as my mum has also been through this herself. I appreciate you don’t know me but any donations no matter how big or small would be appreciated. ❤️
