Fresh from, what was for many, a disastrous outcome of the Triple Captain, the Scoutcast are moving onto the next chip: the second Wildcard.

The Fantasy Premier League community has been debating the best time to press the overhaul button and we’ll bring you our thoughts tonight.

Join Joe, Az and Lee for the latest episode of the Scoutcast at 20:00 GMT on our YouTube channel.

The three pundits will give their views on the Wildcard as well as what to do with the injured Sadio Mané (£12.4m).

The Liverpool man, heavily backed for the Triple Captaincy in Double Gameweek 24, has already been ruled out of the game against West Ham and is a major doubt for Gameweek 25 too.

Is now the time to sell or hold Mané? Joe, Az and Lee will discuss that in some depth.

Meanwhile, Aston Villa and Leicester will be going head-to-head in their EFL Cup semi-final second leg so we will do our best to bring you updates from that game.

  Have been looking at VVD vs Robertson as a replacement for Mane. Benching Mane for GW25 and plan to transfer him out for one of the two defenders for GW26. Not sure Firmino is as good an option given all his returns have been in away matches plus at 9.6m, I think going with Robertson or VVD offers better value.
  
  Leaning toward getting VVD atm since I think he is least likely to be rested even after Liverpool secures the league title.

      Your're welcome. It was a toss up between VVD & Robertson but when I saw Robertson had 3 matches where he did not play 90 minutes vs VVD playing 90 in every match makes me think VVD is the one to have going forward.
      Looks like Mane's injury may create a shift back to having premium defenders even with some good budget defender options available. By GW26 will have TAA, VVD & Laporte as my premium defenders as well as switching from a 3-5-2 to a 3-4-4 formation. Good luck navigating these blank and double gameweeks.

      I think he is playing better whereas Perez is only performing in Vardy's absence which wont be the case in future.
      
      On the other hand, I have read that Perez performs well at end of the season.
      
      If you like Perez, then stick. Not much difference in them.

  Use the FT to replace Mane only.
  Keep Vardy. I would be inclined to consider a replacing Dilva (to Grealish perhaps?) before any other move.
  
  A future move of Soy or Kelly to a Robertson/VVD would also be a solid one
