Mark Sutherns is alongside Andy North in another exclusive video for Premium Members of Fantasy Football Scout.

The pair will be chatting on our YouTube channel about their own teams and how they’re approaching Double Gameweek 27 of Fantasy Premier League (FPL).

As well as four teams playing twice this time, the topics of Blank Gameweek 28, Double Gameweek 29 and subsequent chip strategies will no doubt also be on the agenda.

They will be live from 20:00 GMT, with the stream watchable via the embedded video below.

      If you bring in two Brighton are you covered for GW28 (when they blank)?

      Personally I wouldn’t take out Trent for a -4 when they play Bournemouth.

      But the extra fixtures should cover the -8 hit.

          In a similar situation to you (see below).

          If you are going to FH28, then getting rid of TAA does make the most sense to free up funds.

          I'm also nervous about selling him tbh, though I'm planning to move him on next week anyway, so perhaps I should just do it now... :/

        Never had an issue before. Links on the “latest” page all work fine. And when I click the fantasy tab everything is dead. I have to relaunch the app just to get back.

        Afraid to delete the app at this point.

    Weighing up WC'ing this GW in prep for BB-DGW29 or making 5 transfers for (-)8 to end up with largely similar team.

    1. This GW --> Martinelli + Mykolenko --> Mitoma (c) + R.Henry (-4)

    2. TAA + Haaland --> Chilwell + Kane (-4) to have 9 players in BGW28

    Current team:

    Kepa
    TAA -- Trippier -- Estupinán
    Salah -- Rashford -- Saka -- Martinelli
    Watkins -- Haaland -- Toney

    Ward -- White -- Mykolenko -- Andreas [1FT + 0.6m ITB]

      I have quite a similar team with you and I’m having the same dilemma… I don’t know what kind of team I could do on WC that is good for both DGWs and the blank… maybe I’ll save it this week

        If in doubt I’d say save the WC (look how badly it went last week). I’m saving mine to GW30/31. Set up the team for the run in. Use FT’s and the odd hit now if you can.

        Thanks! When I play around with a WC draft, I end up picking the same pool of players I feel I could spent 8-12 pts in transfers on anyway.

        I feel my WC is worth more than 12 points hence why I'm looking at the transfers route.

      Think I’d do your proposed transfers or something similar and hold the WC. Team looks good for this week. TBH I think you could just go Martinelli -> Mitoma this GW. Don’t think you need Henry this week (defence looks good), so you can watch and use the extra info to decide who to bring in next GW.

        I also am not sure on Henry with Brentford's fixtures. Could easily pay the same (-)4 pts price for him next week. Would have to drop Watkins or Trippier for Henry this week and not sure either are worth it.

        So maybe just Mart -> Mitoma (c) is the way to go indeed. Hmmmm.

    If it wasn't for the Saturday early k.o, I'd be putting the armband on Salah... Just not sure I can suffer through the whole dgw tho if he blanks... Anyone else being brave? I might be more tempted if others are tempted!

      Definitely considering. Don’t have Toney. Have
      March who doubles and would be a nice differential but concerned about minutes if he’s not 100% fit. So choice from Salah, Kane, Rashford. Difficult.

      I’m not convinced. Is it for free? And how long do you plan to hold Toney for?

      I’m not getting him because I don’t want him in GW29 and don’t want to waste transfers (points) bringing him then shipping him out. Could badly backfire of course.

      I like TAA vs Bournemouth. Think he could well haul.
