    Areola
    Livramento Porro Mykolenko
Salah (C) Son Hwang Kudus Saka
    Haaland Solanke

    Turner Beyer Archer Trippier*

Anything here worth taking a -4?

agreed. If Haaland out then it's an easy move to Watkins.

If Gordon's out but Haaland is fit, I'm considering going aggressive with my transfers and doing Gordon > Richarlison for a -4. I would then do another -4 next week to do Darwin & Tsimikas > Watkins & Gusto.

Leaves me with this team for this week:

    Dubravka
    Zinchenko / Cash / Porro
    Palmer / Saka / Son / Gordon / Salah
    Haaland / Darwin

    Areola / Archer / Tsimikas / Maguire

then GW 18 Gusto & Watkins play in place of Haaland & Zinchenko

I swore Richarlison would never ''grace'' my team again yet here I am looking at getting him again , on a good whisky though.

Not sure about Gusto but no harm in getting aggressive , timing in this game is all.

    Areola (Turner)
Lascelles Tsimikas Gabriel (T Silva Taylor)
    Bowen Saka Son Palmer Salah
    Haaland Watkins (Archer)

    2 FT, 0.0 ITB

I think key priorities need to be sorting out GKs, and getting Silva out? Any ideas / suggestions?

My team is a mess of bans and injuries this week. Have 1ft, what to do?
    Raya-(Areola*)
    Tsimi-Lascelles-Gabriel-(Trip*-Taylor*)
    Palmer-Son-Salah-Gordon*-(Doug Luiz*)
    Watkins-Solanke-Haaland*

Very much dependent on Haaland & Gordon news tomorrow. if either are out (or in Gordon's case out for a few weeks) then they are the first to go. Don't be afraid of a hit.

If they are both fine, then suddnely you are in much better shape and I would actually probably roll!

Cheers, thanks very much. Similar to my own line of thought. Losing 0.3 by selling Gordon though, so might take the hit by selling Taylor for Senesi or Tarkowski instead. Have 0.5 in the bank.

Never let losing value dictate moves never , without fail the average TV of the top 10 in FPL at gw 38 are always below the average.
In the run in ''bargains'' always appear to facilitate your desired team. Of course you have to find those bargain facilitators.
That said build value when you can but not at the expense of points.

Is there likely to be an update on Haaland tomorrow?

Haven't taken a hit yet this week but used my 1ft on Cash to Porro.

Haaland to Solanke/Watkins will be the obvious move, but is it worth a hit?!

            I see.

Forest at home is usually strong. I've been impressed with Spurs' attacking and Son's form, but I rate Forest at home a bit high and expect difficult game for Spurs.

Saka has double-digit FPL points just once in this season. Agreed that Brighton look leaky though.

Brentford are more compact at the back, specially against better teams and they are at home.

MU are atrocious away, specially against top 6 teams and without Maguire and Shaw(most likely).

Hi...2.2mitb and 1ft. Any advice? Assuming no clarity on haaland.

A.....haaland to solanke (darwin to watkins next week)

    B.....haaland to watkins

C.. Gordon and archer to jiminez and richarlison - 4. ....jiminez covers haaland if he doesn't play and also starts bgw18... Darwin to watkins gw18

    Dubravka (areola)
    Porro gabriel tsimikas (cash taylor)
    Salah son saka gordon palmer
    Haaland darwin (archer)

Haaland / Archer to Watkins and Solanke -4, bench Gordon.

If Gordon out in GW18, go for Bailey/Diaby GW18

Nice idea. But that would leave a little bit short of darwin to haaland in a few weeks.....

I will be joining in. Possibly looking at a -8 this week. Guess there are a good few with similar issues.

I'm already on a -4 and will probably do another transfer tomorrow. Can't remember ever taking -8!!

-8 is the bare mimimum for me to field 11 if Haaland is out. And those 11 include Gordon. Crap bench, suspensions & injuries all catching up on me at once. Yet still I kind of want him to be out so I can take the hits 🙂

Looking for a Maguire replacement of around equal value.

What do we think of Tosin as an option?

Does anyone know if Man City even trained today, or was Haaland in with the physiotherapists and Ederson etc?

    No leaky Citie

Is Darwin to Solanke worth a hit?

Darwin is terrible. I agree. But Solanke is not exactly a Ballon Do’r candidate himself. He has been better this season, but I remember owning him for weeks of blanks in the past.

What time did their plane land?

Think they've all slept through Thurs.

They can go back to bed until tomorrow now.

    Leno Turner
    Gabriel Tsimikas Udogie Trippier Kabore
    Salah Saka Palmer Gordon Mbeumo
    Haaland Watkins Pedro

With 2 FTs, 0.1m itb, still have wildcard but will use it in GW19 or GW20. What should I do?

Those sticking with Haaland should captain him then and VC on Salah ...

      Darwin a hold too.

I have 3 Afcon/Asia players in my squad, Chan, Son & Salah. Pondering a cavalier transfer, thoughts on Sterling or Doku in for Chan ? I don't have Palmer or Gordon. Cunha to Alvarez is also an option
    Thoughts ?
