Just a quick note to remind Members that they can take advantage of the Beta site and get a view on the player and team statistics from all today’s games. The Gameweek stats have now been updated, with those from the Villa vs Spurs clash to come later.

There’s some significant stats on show already – check out Wayne Rooney’s performance in United’s win over Sunderland under “Distribution and Influence†and, once again, Aleksandar Kolarov’s attacking contribution to City’s win under “Goal Threatâ€, for starters.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

    Both my transfers last night ended up really solid. Samba for Raphael, and Bale for VdV. I knew it was a risk bringing in VdV so soon after his injury, but risks is where one finds differential.

    Anyone else thinking of taking a punt of GJohnson? Was going to get Dawson in this week but Liverpools fixtures are pretty hard to ignore.

    Also Wellbeck in for Elmander this week for me, he should be well rested and raring to go and Sunderland have some good fixtures, whereas Bolton's take a turn for the worse.

    All those who suffered by hanging on to Torres + Liv defender will now be in a good position going forward.

          Sell Brunt db - suspended and with rotation and fixtures postponed you need a full squad. Brunt can be brought back WC time if needs be. DGW players are the way to go anyway.
