    would you do this

    Dzeko to Welbeck
    Ramsey to Di Maria

Nope, not having Ramsey is a crime, get someone else to throw out. Džeko to Naismith and you'll have the money to throw some other player out for Di Maria probably.

Resisting the temptation to WC, am I right in doing so? Or anything worth a hit (0.9m ITB)

    Begovic
    Clyne, PVA, Coloccini
    Ramsey, Fabregas, Siggy, Sterling
    Rooney, Costa, Dzeko

    (Gilks)(Caulker, Wisdom, Marney)

I've got the exact same midfield and attack and am considering Ramsey, Rooney and Costa > Di Maria, Aguero and Welbeck.

    Hi.

Am I looking okay for next week? I haven't a notion what my priorities should be in terms of changes. 0.1 away from being able to do Rooney > Falcao too. 🙁

    Krul (Gilks)
    Debuchy PVA Caulker (Moore Duff)
    Hazard Sterling Ramsey Siggy Eriksen
    Rooney Costa (Naismith)

Clyne. Despite keeping a CS against Spurs they still looked very dodgy at the back. Saints still have good fixtures

May sound that way but based on how far he sat back against Leicester (only showing any urgency to get forward when it looked like it'd end a draw) and their upcoming fixtures, I'm considering taking him out for the coming few GW's and get him back in around GW8.

Haven't taken him out yet, only considering doing so. And yes based on that game, but also the first two. I don't like how little chances he creates for himself until late into the game.

Based on nothing concrete, but I am getting a growing feeling that Mou may start Felipe Luis this GW. He got those few minutes at the end of the Everton game, and Mou was clearly displeased about his team conceding three goals. Anyone else see anything in this? If Felipe Luis comes in to the squad at LB would Azpil just be benched do we reckon?

    1. tw

Ivan benched, azpi at RB, luis LB imo

      1. Walsh

Would be the most defensively sound lineup probably he could throw out there. But would it be mad of him to sit Ivan or would he maybe try and wedge him in as a CB and sit one of Terry or Cahill?

        1. Coaly
          • 13 Years

No way, Azpi benched if Luis plays. Terry will not be dropped through choice

      2. waitinginthelonggrass

    2. HVT
      • 15 Years

I always felt Luis would play at either Terry of Ivan's expense,
Those 3 goals conceded may be the excuse Maureen needs.
If I owned Ivan I'd cash in and sell now.

      1. Walsh
        • 12 Years
        12 years, 13 hours ago

Bit premature to sell Ivan before any of this even comes to fruition but who knows. Mou so difficult to predict. Very interested to see his team sheets for GW4 and 5 with UCL kicking off there also.

    3. Coaly
      • 13 Years

Conspiracy theory: Mou only played Azpi the first three games so he would commit to a 5 year contract. Luis o clock now

        • 12 Years
        12 years, 13 hours ago

That would be quite the brilliant trick. Azpil maybe best suited in Mou's eyes to just backup RB and LB with Ivan and Luis first choice? Could be..

    Begovic - Hamer

    Ivanovic - Duff - Wisdom - Clyne - Wilson

Sterling - Fabregas - Di Maria - Sigurdsson - JWP

    Costa - Naismith - Aguero

Think this looks pretty good taking current form and upcoming fixtures into account.

    Few small dilemmas, though.

Is Di Maria worth 9.5m or does he still represent a risk despite his quality (He may not settle in)?

For a 5.0m mid, is JWP the best option considering he is on a fair few set pieces and also has good fixtures, or is there a better option from Burnley or Leicester such as Arfield or Mahrez?

Quite happy with defenders and attackers though.

Feedback is always appreciated, thanks 🙂

Has Welbeck suddenly improved a million fold or are people just being blinded by the price tag and club he's joined?

People seem to forget that he has a worse conversion rate than Heskey and runs like he's wearing roller skates
