Today is all about friends and family. It’s about sharing those treasured moments whilst black and white films and laboured Christmas specials play out in the background.

We shouldn’t be discussing Jamie Vardy’s hamstring with relative strangers over the internet.

Even so, we couldn’t let the day pass without popping by and wishing you and your families a very merry Christmas.

As always, myself and the team must extend a huge thank you for your outstanding support for the site and for your contributions in helping us maintain what we believe is one of the best football communities on the net.
