I do not. Bolasie was really good last night. Leicester seem to have slowed down + Sunderland have tightened up. Only 3 shots conceded against Brom this week

Going to watch Lei closely tonight. Tightened up or not, he's the best attacker in the league. One goal equals 12 points.

    Three questions
    1) Who would you drop out of Aguero and Kane
    2) Everyone is looking to bring in Robles so what happened to Howard he isn't flagged for injury
    3) How important is it to have Aguero - Kane - Lukaku

Not with the fixtures you wouldn't have. They were pretty tough for those on a GW32 WC. The good scores this week was a bonus surprise. Now the rewards will be fully reaped with maximum DGWers for many

Its just as well many dismissed it as being 'a bit out there' and 'alternative'. The 33/36 box was too engrained for many to think a little differently.

It seemed the way to go to me once the Everton v Palace game was announced. I thought a week-long break from FPL might give me space to change my mind, but no the idea had fairly well taken root. Like you, the good scores this week have been a bonus. I thought it would be next week where it would deliver.

I went in 32. Not hat I was following as it was a solid plan but knowing there was a "movement" made me feel a little less Maverick. 75 point haul was lovely. I knew having Sanchez was key as I didn't want to be scrambling for him without wildcard if he smashed it.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing. I was a bit concerned this week thinking the next 2 are where the gains are but it's a great bonus. One reason was to max on Arsenal and bringing in Bellerin and Sanchez (c) was very useful. Mitro as a Kane replacement was probably a little lucky. But when the lady smiles at you you have to smile back.

    WC33

    DDG* - Migs*
    Bellerin* - Coleman** - Dann** - Sakho* - Simpson
    Ozil* - Barkely** - Milner* - Mahrez - Bolaise*
    Aguero* - Lukaku** - Martial*

    GW33 - 5 x DGWs

    GW34 FT Dann > Monreal/Kos/Gabrial = 13 x DGWs & BB

    GW35 FT Martial > Vardy = 10 x SGW, 11 x SGW (with a hit, Bolaise > ??)

    This would be without Sanchez - KdB/Silva - Payet/Lanzini - Firminho/Coutinho - Kane/Ali for the next three GWs minimum

Azpi and Fabregas as we do not have any other competent CMs 🙂

Wrong. Rahman is due a run of games, Chelsea need to have a look at what they paid all that money for. Loftus-Cheek plays CM as well as AM, there is Mikel (who Guus considers competent and he's actually the one picking the team) and Matic. In addition Hiddink has made it plain that he will give the youth some opportunity so Charlie Colkett could get a run out off the bench at least. Fabregas and Azpi can both easily be rested.

Anyone who thinks they will be able to predict Chelsea's GW37 teams in GW35 is either psychic or deluded I'm afraid.

Yes, Diva, and that's a big reason why a GW36 wildcard is very iffy. There will be a lot of Chelsea DGW players who magically transform into SGW players. 😕

Knowing the club, they will field strong teams against Spurs and Leicester (last 2 home games). Everton (a), the 2nd DGW game, is likely to be a different story.

And Watford may be totally focused on the FA Cup if they reach the final. I wouldn't feel confident about a GW36 WC.

It really depends if you are chasing. Most, like me, are far too afraid to go without Aguero. But if you can spend the cash wisely, then getting rid of Aguero may be a shrewd move.

Well, with all respect, I was asking Ryan.

United have the fixtures and the need for results. All it needs is a Smalling goal and some BPs and he could be well into the 20s. And DGW defenders are often better options than they look.

Smalling yes, Martial maybe. I'd be interested to see how that allows you to field 11 in GW35. This was why I avoided United players. I preferred West Ham and Everton assets to be sitting on my bench in GW35. That was partly because of Evertons double double and Payets essential status.

As for the Smalling captaincy the game against Everton might change your mind depending on how the result goes. United is still very capable of conceding silly goals but the fixtures should be enough to ensure a decent return with at least 1 clean sheet. Its about time he scores a goal too.

I think this game against Everton will reveal how LVG wants the team to perform. After some positive recent progress I fear he is starting to become too fixated on the possession game once again. This usually means an impotent and hesitant attack but hopefully that won't be the case against Everton.

My current draft has 5 outfielders with blanks in GW35 - Smalling, Payet, Bolasie, Martial and Lukaku.

Bolasie and Martial would leave in GW35 in all likelihood.

Ok so if you have enough FT's you can still field 11. Seems a solid selection. The GW35 bench is actually extremely important. Its who you want to invest in till GW37 so they'd need to be worthwhile. Just hope Martial can go for it without being shackled too closely to the filoshofee.

Smalling captain has crossed my mind. Could be genius, or the exact opposite. It's a failure if they concede one goal over two games. Expecting attacking returns seems wishful thinking.

As for Martial, I'm not convinced. But after Villa's display, I'm wavering. Ideally, I would want a striker that plays gw35.

Antonio and Lanzini both look superb value options for the DGW. Given their tough fixtures in 33 and 36 and the blank in 35, I'm coming round to the idea of picking one over Payet and just benching them for 33, 35 and 36

If I were to lose Ozil for KDB (as I now have Sanchez)... freeing up an Arsenal spot, would you invest that in Welbeck or Gabriel?

    I'm thinking the latter actually.

However, if not Welbeck, I'm forced to pick a 3rd striker of sub 8.6M (and can't buy Utd or Everton players due to ML rules)
