you're dropping Coutinho when he has a fixture 35 and a double? I'd rather drop KDB

Coutinho didn't play either of Stoke or Bournemouth. I highly doubt he plays Newcastle when Liverpool have a Europa League semi-final 3 days after and nothing tangible (yet) to play for in Premier League.

KDB can go the week after, I think he could play 35 since City are not comfortably ahead of United (could be only 2 points after tomorrow).

if you can afford the price changes, then there's no need to get them in until Saturday. It's not as though TV matters much at this time of the season anyway.

on the flip, I don't see the problem with doing it today though. only 'concern' would be them getting injured in training before the weekend. Lukaku has a blank and I want rid anyways and Klopp has shown that Coutinho can be rested quite easily and I highly highly doubt he plays vs Newcastle

but how much rest is really needed for a player below 25? I feel like he should be able to play the rest of the season with maybe a rest during one of the 37 games.

I want to get all 3 and may in fact do a -8 for this week.

May hold off on Defoe and see if Benitez talks up Mitrovic starting in his presser.

To answer your question though, no. Money is not an issue at this point with who I'd be downgrading.

"Benitez talks up Mitrovic starting in his presser"

If 2 goals and 2 assists in 2 sub appearances doesn't earn you a start in a huge game, then nothing will. Rafa is a fool.

Agreed that Benitez has no clue. Mitrovic looks more involved in every aspect then Cisse.

With that being said I'm sure Cisse will start just hoping Rafa gives a clue so I can decide whether to do Defoe this week

    DDG - Darlow
    Bellerin - Sakho - Gabriel - Clichy - Coleman
    Coutinho - Payet - Sanchez - KDB - Lanzini
    Mitrovic - Aguero - Lukaku

have 2 FT and nothing in the bank..with Lukaku dropping today I'm thinking Coutinho + Lukaku > Alli + Kane.

then come Friday I'll assess the likes of Clichy playing in 35 and whether I want to keep Coleman long-term, etc.

    thoughts? suggestions?

Not a big fan of dropping Coutinho, like I said above. Alli is utilized differently at home so I think he can wait. Why not KDB to Eriksen and Lukaku to Kane.

Eriksen is a troll. Never again, too expensive.

Coutinho is really not worth keeping though. Klopp clearly views him as crucial to EL and also fragile.

            And?

In 8 fewer games he's nearly matched Eriksen on goals and assists and at the rate of creation would match him on chances created.

Last comment then I gotta get to bed. Maybe it's different but I have also always wondered how many of you have kids? Talk about life's big differential. I try to tell my non married friend what it's like to have zero personal time but I think it's impossible to convey parenthood until you go through it. So yeah not much of a question, although it would be cool to hear responses, but yeah just thankful this site exists and everyone for the most part on it is the real deal. Even you Mr Grummidge Worzel, Jesus I love to just give you a high 5.

        23. Not married nor have a kid. Never really crossed my mind since I'm trying to get settled in my career; however; I notice all of my friends settling down with their soon-to-be fiancee. It's making me think I should lock down a good relationship since in a few years things will get boring and all the good girls will be gone or too hard to find. All-in-all in my society relationships are kind of a joke and I really do not fancy the idea of marriage or kids in the next 5 or so years.

Hey cheers to you guys that replied, took balls. I am in a situation with a 5yr old and 1.5 year old there are no illusions anymore. It's always on. Not sure I signed up for this much responsibility but also wouldn't trade it for the world. I guess it's just meant to be tough. But I love EPL and while as an American I don't necessarily route for any one team I have always been partial to Liverpool's slogan that you'll never walk alone. That's a good life lesson in my experience. So good for them and Firmino, who I brought in on the wildcard a week before everyone was hot to trot on Countino. I'll probably get trolled tomorrow but such is life in these crazy days. You dig?

I dig. My dad always tells me that I can't just plan for when I'm ready because eventually I'll either fall in love and kids will happen and that if I just "wait" I'll be lonely and bored. So I'm not against anything. I'm more of a United fan since my good friend in Kent is a United fan. I loved watching Fergie work his wonders with new XI's most weeks. With him gone and LVG buying all these new players, I'm less of a United fan and more of a "appreciate everything" fan; except Liverpool.

Haha same thinking man. I'm 21 focusing on school and working out but I think I should date more. Originally my plan was to get sorted in my career and find someone similar to me but it'll probably be harder that way.

Marriage at 30, kids at 32 sounds ideal. Although you don't want to be too old to miss out on potential moments with grandchildren.

Yeah, the past 4 years of college have really opened up a few doors for me. It's stressful trying to figure out your career when you're dating someone in the same situation. She may land a job in a completely different state than you. That's when you'll both find out if it's worth working on the relationship or cutting ties and saving on potentially lost time. It's hard to call but you gotta make sure you guys are on the same level of interest.

Toby Alderweireld hasn't committed a single foul in exactly 600 minutes of Premier League action.

      Perfect timing.

WC'd in 32 and got rid of all Leicester & Spurs players to have 15 DGWers in GW 34.

Obviously the Spurs result hurt a bit so should I:

      A) Continue with plan to bring in Sunderland/Chelsea players to maximise DGW 37 player output

      or

      B) lick wounds and bring back in Alli and Kane

      1. Reiko

Spurs pushing for title so can expect them to produce results. Can mitigate damage by having a mix of A & B

I'm a glutton for punishment though, can't resist a packed DGW 37 team......even with Kane & Alli destroying everyone this week.

May resort to one from each 🙂

Chelsea really are an anomally alright. Back in GW 32 when I planned my WC and future transfer I thought surely Costa & Willian would hit a bit of form but anyone at this stage would be a gamble with no form....I miss 2014/15 Eden ðŸ™

i cant see how people selling Lukaku ,, i understand he has been disappointment so far and blank nxt week but 4 upcomin potentially easy fixtures tho.... Keep or Sell to > Kane - Defoe ? other Fwds : Kun-Sturridge

Everton in general look like they can't be arsed atm. They are completely playing for the FA cup. So fixtures or not, I don;t think his motivation is there. I'll be selling for Kane.

You cannot be serious with that statement...have you watched him play lately? Lazy, static, moaning, plays on a poor team our of form, blanks in 35......of course people will sell.

If they get through in the FA Cup too you can guarantee more rest time

For example.. how many people in FantasyFootballScout.co.uk league, or how many in Classic Dead Zone league?
