I think Couts and Willian have a pretty even chance against a decent Swiss defence (whichever is likely to be on dfks would be best, I suppose), so I'd see it more as a straight match-up between Cueva and Carrasco.
I'd be tempted by the latter, just because of the opposition.

I'm going with the Saudi keeper....that way the impending 0-0 draw will give me something to cheer.
Dzagoev for me, the creativity in midfield will come from him and he links the attacking play.

Piszczek and Lindelof don't seem good value to me. I'd get some 4.5m defenders and rotate them.
Lingard I don't think will play all the group games, he's behind Sterling and Alli in the selection process I'd say, so between him and Rashford, assuming England only play with one holding midfielder.
I was thinking before maybe to swap Lindelof out for Roman Saiss

And somehow adding Dzagoev into my mid replacing lingard
Regarding captain rotation, what point score will you stick with?
For me I need two goals minimum from my strikers to stick.

Depends on the day. If there is only 1 captain to go, I would stick with a goal. Early on 10ish points seems somewhat good limit.

Personally not sure on Carrasco, and I'd be worried about Neymar possibly being nursed through the group stages after just returning from injury, but likewise he is favourite for the golden boot, so makes sense.

Well that made depressing reading. surprised not to see Eriksen higher up. At least it's inevitable that Russia will be given a penalty every time they need a result against weaker opposition and I'm on their main penalty talker.
