After a chastening weekend of football, the Scoutcast is back to reflect on all the key talking points from Gameweek 9.

You can watch it from 20:00 to 21:00 BST on our YouTube channel, or embedded in the article below.

Joe is joined by Fantasy Football Scout deputy editor Neale and special guest Karam, who has appeared on a handful of our videos already this season.

Currently positioned at 144k in the world, Karam has just deployed his Wildcard and will be discussing the make-up of his revamped Fantasy Premier League squad.

The trio above will be looking at the form and fixtures of Raul Jimenez (£7.1m), Manchester City rotation and the so-called ‘FPL template’, among other things.

There is also a differential for Joe to put forward, clean sheets, the community’s questions and a look at the Scoutcast crew’s Gameweek 10 plans.

With no-shows and auto-subs being the order of the weekend, we can expect the usual mix of sob stories and tales of jam in Rough with the Smooth.

Lessons learned from Gameweek 9

Guys what do you think about my team and what will you change (?)

    Gunn
    Otamendi / Pereira / Digne
    Sterling / De Bruyne / Mount / Hudson-Odoi
    Aubemayang / Vardy / Abraham

    Button / Lundstram / Hanley / Cantwell

Otamendi and Auba out. Wouldn't tripple up on any offensive so maybe drop Mount also.

Sterling is such frustrating player to own this season.
Hauls for England and in CL and then fails to deliever in PL.

But it's captaincy that bothers me - feel more confident in the pool guys because of their relative security

Yep, but you probably have to go back a couple of years.

Pep has played them together as a front two on occasions tho - mainly when trying to break a team down and also last season in a 3-5-2.

    Gunn
    Digne / Otamendi / Tomori
Salah / De Bruyne / Mahrez / Mount
    Aubameyang / Wilson / Abraham

    I was thinking on:

    Gunn
    Digne / Otamendi / Tomori
    Salah / Sterling / De Bruyne / Hudson-Odoi
    Vardy / Abraham / Maupay

Sterling deliberately didnt celebrate with Aguero for his first and second goals. Aguero even tried to run towards him for the first but he ran another way to celebrate with Foden and Mahrez. Quite clear he wants to be the main man over Kun.
