Another Fantasy Premier League Gameweek has gone by with contrasting emotions in our community.

It was a great week for some and dreadful for others.

As the grind continues into Gameweek 11, we have put together another panel of Fantasy Football Scout users to give you their thoughts…

WHO’S ON THE PANEL THIS WEEK?

Epic Fail – A top manager who has been playing Fantasy Football for over 20 years now and has been involved in FPL since it started. He boasts a massively impressive history with seven top 10k finishes including a 247th-place finish.

Will / TopMarx – A top FPL writer and a well-documented lover of VAR, TopMarx claims his record of winning at least one Mini League in each of the last three seasons has left him as the best FPL manager in the history of the game. Whilst the jury remains out on that one, a career-best finish of 4k is excellent.

Maximus Bonimus Pointimus – Long-time FFS member, currently seeking an elusive fifth top 10k finish. With a personal best season of 958th, the highs & lows of twelve FPL campaigns have left him completely de-sensitised to seeing good players get bad scores in good fixtures (and vice-versa!)

    RP as no replies on last page.
    Which of these combos looks best to work towards over next couple? I have Kun, Boly (and Dendo) with places to give up at some stage...

    A) Jiménez, Martial, Robbo
    B) Connolly, Sterling, Def up to 5.2
    C) Connolly, Salah, Def up to 4.9

    Pope, McGovern
    TAA, XXXX, Lunds, Rico, Willems
    Mané, KDB, XXXX, Mount, Barnes

    A) brings a tasty level of balance but an unbelievable benching headache as one of the front 8 would need to be benched each week

      Maybe C cause it give you the possibility to do Salah -> anyone whenever you want. A looks really nice but it does give you a big headache every week.

      A is not balanced because it leaves so much money on the bench.Sterling this week. Then maybe switch to Salah.

        Yeh it’s just the look of all those players in one team in A that is so tempting but effectively you’d want to BB most weeks so it’s impractical I agree.

        I will decide tonight if I do the Sterling move tonight or keep Kun for SOU. Really can’t decide!

  11. Scout Picks Community Champion Lottery – Gameweek 11

    A tough week for the Scout Picks last time out, with Aguero being benched, Boly picking up an unexpected injury and CHO getting a late cameo. Full credit to AK though, who seized the oppotunity to fly up the leaderboards, beating the Scouts 59 - 43 to give himself a 16 point victory. This leaves him joint 1st in the current competition, so still a good chance for anyone to steal the crown!

    If you think you can do better, apply to be this weeks Community Champion - could be a good high-scorer with some games like Man City vs Southampton offering good FPL point potential you'd think.

    The Community Champion picks a team to go up against the Scout Picks, within a budget of 83m and in a playable FPL formation. Whichever Gameweek champion beats the Scout’s team by the largest margin will win a £100 Amazon Voucher!

    If you're interested in applying, email Geoff (geoff@fantasyfootballscout.co.uk) with your FFS username and FPL Team ID.

    The Champion will be picked Thursday midday, so make sure to enter by then! The Champion then has until 11am Friday morning to send in their team.
