Toney has lowest floor but highest upside. Benrahma has the hardest fixture. Raphina isn’t in great form but could bounce back. I would hedge my bets on WH away with Antonio already as cover or bench Raphina personally.

Especially when we don't have much data yet and when we're all reading the same articles and giving out the same advice in these types of comment sections.

Even if you have triple Chelsea you'll probably be fine with a decent bench and a few fts, looking at the fixtures (Everton and Wolves) I doubt too many would have Wolves players on that run they have then so I'd say most would have 4 max, and even then Tuchel is so hard to predict with rotation that tripling up might be too much for a lot of people unless they're in blistering form (which to be fair could happen).

I can see myself rotating TAA with some big hitters, dont see a problem in it if you feel the other options are going to score more points ( Kane Son, Kaku , ect) No one is going to be in my team all season for all 38 games. Its all about timing.
