I suppose it comes down to how scared you are that Haaland hauls against Bournemouth and whether he outscores what you have by more than the 4 point hit. Haaland will be the most captained player this week - therefore if you don’t have him and he hauls - you’ll likely be going down in rank - a Salah haul and a blank from Haaland would be huge for you though…

Going without Salah when not all is known about the Darwin situation seems risky at the minute. I’d rather have Haaland than KDB - in which case I’m not doubling up on City premiums - Son or Salah are the obvious alternatives.

-4 to sub out an injured or suspended player is fine, as it’s only a 2 point hit (assuming they play 60 minutes) with the upside of further points - but ideally your bench should be able to cover this.

-4 for a captain option is fine if you think they’ll gain that back.

-4 in any other case is surely dependant on fixtures etc - but I would normally steer clear.
