As we head into Double Gameweek 36, Andy North and Joe are back with another exclusive video for Premium Members of Fantasy Football Scout.

The pair will be chatting over on our YouTube channel about their own Fantasy Premier League (FPL) teams and transfers, as well as the week’s biggest talking points from within the online community.

The live chat will also be open as usual, in order for you to get involved.

Neither Joe nor Andy made a Gameweek 35 purchase, as Mohamed Salah (£13.1m) and Alexis Mac Allister (£5.5m) helped one of the duo better the other by 12 points. Perhaps having two transfers to make at this late stage will lead to some exciting, maverick moves.

Andy and Joe are live from 20:00 BST, with the stream watchable via the embedded video below.

And if you’ve missed the start or indeed the whole of the live broadcast, you can of course still watch the stream back from the start in its entirety.

Only Premium Members of Fantasy Football Scout will be able to watch the video below, so make sure you sign up today to get access to not just this stream but also exclusive YouTube content from a range of experts throughout the 2022/23 campaign.

FPL Marc Broadcaster, writer and overthinker. Hoping that ‘differential potential’ will catch on.

Watkins to Wilson -4 and bench Mahrez or Foden, yay or nay?

You own both Mahrez and Foden?

Not sure why you’d own them only to bench in one of their most nailed on to start games

I've had Mahrez for a while and brought in Foden for Grealish last week, minutes before deadline.

My uncertainty lies more with whether Pep will bench either of them this gw.

But you’re going to have that uncertainty every gameweek? In fact this is the least uncertain you’ll ever be about them

It seemed more so last weekend. Bernardo didn't play well in Madrid and Grealish might not need resting again.

Bernado played alright in Madrid. Foden and Mahrez start this gameweek

Grealish was blowing after the game in Madrid and had cramp. Reckon he gets a rest again

But it's Pep so you never know.

No answer earlier so I’ll try a different tact

    Injured : Rash & March
Not guaranteed to start : Stones, Dalot, Lindelof, KDB

Should March > Willock enough be enough for me to field 11 or do I need to sell Rash and, if so, for who? Got Greenwood stinking out my bench so to say I’m threadbare this week is no understatement. Any advice greatly appreciated

Pondered it aaaaallllll week, and ended up doing KDB & Brennan Johnson to Mahrez & Wilson. Trying to keep an eye on GW37 so kept rashford on the bench. Team is:

    Pope
    TAA shaw trippier
    Mitoma salah mahrez A Mac
    Haaland Alvarez Wilson

    G2G?

Chasing 45 points in next 3 weeks. League leader has similar team (isak not Wilson, plus 3/4 other differences). Hoping random Mahrez pick and Wilson captain will help claw some points back

Spend a day away and Rashford's dead, WTH? Deffo out, or a risk? App says 25% leg injury

    De Gea
    TAA, Trippier, Botman, Estupinan
    Salah, Mac10, Rashford, Mitoma
    Isak (c), Haaland

    (Kepa, Shaw, Grealish, Solanke)

Just play Shaw. Or, leave as is for auto-sub if needed?

      1. DARE TO BISCAN
        • 7 Years

Guess my issue is: is it one of those where Rashford starts, or not at all. In which case I'll start him, then the sub comes in if needed.

I think Shaw as his replacement, either way, is fine by me. ManU are decent at home.

  13. Joelinton Travel Tavern

    DDG
    Trent Trip Estu
    Salah Mac Mitoma
    Haal Isak Wilson

Play Shaw, Rash or Grealish for the last spot?
Thinking Shaw as Greal probably a 1 and Rash a 0 or a 1. But wondering if it's worth splitting the risk as I have DDG.

Not if Pep wants to play him in 2nd leg which is 72 hrs later. It's only two full days rest

He was also saying he had cramp in Madrid, so unless it's tactical I don't think he plays on Sunday

      1. Well you know, Triffic
        • 15 Years

He started Haaland and KDB for 90mins v Leeds and Madrid etc. I don't think he will rest as many players as people think.

        1. bigwig
          • 15 Years

Haaland is different as he can go half a game and not touch the ball. KDB hadn't played in a couple of weeks so needed the minutes.

This is it for me. If Pep doesn't want Grealish to start Vs Madrid, he probably plays Everton. But there is no logical reason to risk Grealish when he has capable deputies and isn't chasing

In the big wins he's always been in the points but their narrow victories he's never got any attacking returns. He's obvs more a swashbuckling mid nowadays but him and Willock kinda share the spoils from midfield.
He's great but from an fPL he's hot and cold but if NEwcastel can put a few away which they have in the last few games he's got a good chance of returns in the next two

Congrats on the season. KDB won't play this weekend and Brunk has the double also next week so it's a sound move KDB to Bruno. I'm just gonna bench March as I was gonna be benching Shaw otherwise so works out. Not too bothered about Mac A personally as their double isn't that great I don't feel

Genuinely don't know what to do with 2Fts here.

    Raya Kepa

    TAA Trippier Botman Estupinan (Shaw)

    Salah Mitoma MacAllister (Rashford Grealish)

    Watkins Haaland Isak

    0.1m off Raya -> DDG & 0.1m off Grealish -> Mahrez.

Watkins -> Greenwood (playing Shaw) to free up funds for Grealish -> Bruno next week?.

Is Alvarez to Wilson worth it?

Depends on your view of Alvarez and the double. If you think he doesn't play in 37, go for it

Estu. I think Shaw probably outscores him, but Estu has two games
