@Big4FPL

- Last week brought another steady improvement in rank, although I’m still some way off the early pace. I’ve now climbed into the top 700 and will be hoping to continue that progress this week.
- Harry Kane looks set to keep his place in my team. His premium price continues to keep ownership relatively low, making him a valuable asset. However, I’ll likely move away from Marco Grüll, who faces a tougher fixture this week.
- Freiburg assets are also set to leave my squad ahead of their meeting with Bayern Munich. That said, their upcoming schedule improves, so I’m sure they’ll be back in consideration next week.
- I’m still undecided on which RB Leipzig players to target for their favourable matchup. Brajan Gruda is certainly high on my radar, although I’ll assess the other options before making a final decision.
- As for the star selections, Kane, Michael Olise and Laurin Curda currently look the most likely candidates.

- Goalkeepers: Loris Karius and Alexander Schwolow will remain my goalkeeper pairing for another week. Robin Zentner has returned to full training, but still needs more time before making his comeback for Mainz. This should allow Schwolow to retain his starting spot.
- Defenders: After last week’s disastrous decision to play four defenders, I’m planning to switch back to a 3-4-3 formation. Calvin Brackelmann looks almost certain to come in, but the other defensive spots are less straightforward. I’m leaning towards Willi Orbán for the premium position, although Maximilian Mittelstädt could tempt me if he starts on Friday. The final budget spot will depend on Stuttgart’s starting XI. With Joshua Vagnoman injured, Lorenz Assignon could be an interesting option if he starts. Alternatively, Tjark Scheller offers a fairly boring but reliable route into Paderborn’s defence, especially with their favourable upcoming fixtures. Jahmai Simpson-Pusey also features in my defensive plans.
- Midfielders: After some excellent performances last weekend, I’m planning to keep all four of my existing midfielders: Michael Olise, Saïd El Mala, Lukas Petkov and Bambasé Conté. I’d love to bring in players such as Chris Führich and Fabian Rieder, but my only midfield addition will likely be a budget option. With RB Leipzig expected to rotate their starting XI, Ezechiel Banzuzi currently looks like my preferred choice. The potential changes could open up an opportunity for him to feature. However, if his chances of starting look doubtful, I’ll consider Bilal Nadir and Maurice Krattenmacher instead.
- Forwards: I’m planning just one change in attack this week. With Freiburg facing Bayern Munich, I think the funds tied up in Igor Matanović would be better spent elsewhere. RB Leipzig have a much more appealing run of fixtures ahead, making Antonio Nusa an attractive replacement. That would leave Philip Tietz, Marco Grüll and Younes Ebnoutalib alongside Nusa in my attacking plans.

- Transfers: I haven’t made any transfers yet, as I’m waiting for the line-ups ahead of Friday night’s match. My plan is to replace the injured Jan Leszczyński, along with Chuki and Adam Daghim, whose starting places are uncertain.
- Star players: I’m sticking with the same three star selections as last week. Waldemar Anton takes the defensive star, Michael Olise gets the midfield spot, and Serhou Guirassy remains my attacking star. Borussia Dortmund have struggled to create chances recently, but I’m confident Guirassy can still deliver against a vulnerable Eintracht Frankfurt defence.

- Transfer plans: I’m targeting Stuttgart and RB Leipzig players this week, with both sides having favourable fixtures. The plan is to focus on these two teams while keeping Alphonso Davies, who could feature further forward on the left wing.
- RB Leipzig: I’ve considered Antonio Nusa and Christopher Nkunku, but I’ve opted for Yan Diomande Gomis as my budget option. Brajan Gruda also comes into my team, with a chance of starting this week.
- Stuttgart: Chris Führich returns to my squad after a long absence. I’ve also made a change in goal to accommodate three Stuttgart players. Ermedin Demirović, Führich and Joshua Vagnoman make up my triple-up, while Lennart Noll replaces Fabian Bredlow between the posts.
- Good luck, everyone!
