Nasri Doubt For Fulham Clash?

by Mark on August 19

Samir Nasri has withdrawn from the French squad for their international with Sweden on Wednesday with a thigh injury.

Nasri was the major bright spark in Arsenal’s somewhat lazy 1-0 win over West Brom on Saturday and has since attracted a lot of interest from fantasy managers.

Having reportedly suffered from the complaint for several weeks, it is hoped that his absence from the Sweden game is just a precaution on Arsenal’s part. However, until we here otherwise, Nasri must be classified as a doubt for the trip to Fulham this weekend.

People need to chill out rushing to all these transfers after just 1 week! It may all change this week with Arsenal and Liverpool both able to score 3+ goals!

Anyone realised potential of 6.0m midfielder Gutierrez (spelt wrong) at Newcastle? He looked awesome against united, skipping past many players and under the Keegan free flowing attacking football he could be a real hidden gem this season i reckon! Not in my squad yet but thinking about it.

Heard Nasri and Bosingwa may be injured so my thoughts are wait to find out for sure and then maybe bring Arteta for Nasri.

Any comments on my squad?

Reina (Schmeichel)
L.Young, Bosingwa, Evra, Richards, (Edgar)
Deco, Nasri, Bentley, A Young, (Hamman)
Van Persie, Tevez, (Bentner)
