It’s the third Saturday of the season and, unless you’re on wildcard number three, the subtle tinkering that separates the wheat from the chaff finally takes over. You’re not completely on your own however, as The Saturday Surgery opens it’s doors for another session.

The weekend Team News is bang up-to-date, the Scout Picks have been selected (and let’s face, they’re almost guaranteed to do better than the first two efforts) and the Injuries and Bans table is there as a sanity check to avoid those daft last-minute punts on crocked players (I’ve been there).
