After Diego Costa fired Chelsea to a 1-0 win over West Brom at Stamford Bridge, we brace ourselves for a couple of 2.15pm encounters.

Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur go head-to-head at Old Trafford, with Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Harry Kane both in fine form.

The Red Devils frontman has scored four times in his previous three Premier League outings and, with the fixtures turning in his favour next week, has the chance to stake a claim for consideration.

Sergio Aguero’s suspension has seen many turn to Kane in their droves – the Spurs man was the top transfer target up front last week.

With six goals in five in all competitions since returning from injury, he looks poised for more investment with back-to-back home clashes against Hull and Burnley to follow.

In midfield, Henrikh Mkhitaryan is also on our radars. After netting in the Europ League on Thursday, the summer signing from Dortmund retains his place in Jose Mourinho’s XI.

We’re also keeping an eye on Christian Eriksen and Dele Alli after both impressed in the midweek Champions League win over CSKA Moscow.

In the other match, Southampton and Middlesbrough square up at St Mary’s.

Charlie Austin was the most popular FPL pick on offer prior to sustaining a shoulder injury on Europa League duties last Thursday.

His absence allows Shane Long the chance to stake a claim ahead of a very favourable run of fixtures, with the likes of Sofiane Boufal and Dusan Tadic also vying for our attentions.

Paul Is certain he won't make the same mistakes next season. Follow them on Twitter

The home teams will probably remain unbeaten this gameweek, I wonder if that's ever happened to the away teams in the PL.

    Austin + Koscielny to Kane + 5.7

Which defender? Have no Saint or Spurs DF

You've answered yourself practically. Vertonghen or van Dijk, Vertonghen should be safer for CSs in the next 2, but has less attacking threat as he doesn't go up for corners, van Dijk plays for a lesser team, but his attacking potential is bigger.

Walcott, Sanchez, Firminho and Mane as 4 mids with Capoue on bench for next game week, worth moving one out for Eriksen as Spurs next 2 games look a bit tasty, for so which one.....thinking Wally

    Severely unimpressed by Spurs today.

On another note. Just looking at the fixture list....how mad would a Sanchez/Ozil double up be?

Ozil is playing a lot better than his pts suggest across all competitions (and gaining ground in FPL). As a ploy of might be a good tactic with good fixtures stretching for miles ahead.

Hard to know he may play Bailey right back or even young or Fosu..though I think Darmian is a disaster so I would play Blind left back

I wouldn't mind it too much, Championship would give them time to adapt to that stadium. Shame how wrong I was in pre-season to predict they're going to cause trouble to the big boys though.
