With a couple of fixtures still left in the Gameweek, we take a look at the Opta data gathered from the weekend’s action in our Members area. Our digging reveals that both Merseyside teams registered particularly impressive numbers, while the season’s leading Fantasy midfielder can count himself highly unlucky not to have racked up the points at the Britannia yesterday afternoon.

    Frank Ribery is an odious little character. I appreciate that it was disrespectful of Boateng to shower him in alcohol, which is forbidden by his religion, but I am certain that adultery is too. The hypocrisy is mind blowing.

        I'm not so sure. It will be interesting to see how he performs with much better footballers around him.

        Take Messi for example, he plays with one of the best midfields in the world supporting him. If he was at a club with less talent though he would struggle IMO. Especially if he was in a more physical league like EPL.

        The jury is still out on Zaha until we have seen a season of him playing regularly in the premier league.

          I've never bought this "Messi would struggle" theory at all - when he's not fit and Barcelona struggle, everyone changes their tune to "Barca are a one man team". Messi's simply the best player in the world.

          Not judging Zaha yet - I've not seen enough of him. Just from what I've seen so far, nothing has struck me as extraordinary.

            wouldn't even credit him as that much more skillful than Welbeck, so think you're on the money. United are rarely too wrong in my recollection in buying talent, but definitely overrated. Poor man's Ashley Young
