As promised, half-season memberships to Fantasy Football Scout are now available for just £10. These will give access to the Members Area and all Members content up until June 1 2012.

If you’ve already got a “Free” account, you can upgrade to a Member via this link. If you’ve yet to register an account with us, you can use this link to register as a member. All payments are made via Paypal. We do also accept cheques and postal order sign-ups, but obviously these are not instant. You can get details on submitting these at the bottom of this page.

For details on the Members benefits, take a look at this breakdown. We’ve also created a new FAQ and “How To” page to help new and existing Members get more out of the content available. Click here to view this.

Our Half Season Player Projections, offering our view on player returns from Gameweek 21 onwards, are due to go live this afternoon – these are on our test servers and getting a final once over before publish. Look out for a post on those later today.

We’ve also got a new Members article on the way this evening – the first by our new guest writer. More on that later.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

think i have it sussed but 'think' being the operative word as i have made about 100 WC teams in the past week! Wasn't going to play it for a cpl of weeks either but with studge not certain to recover, the suspension cloud hanging over kompany and mcauley injured, i had to do it!! here it is lads....criticise away! 🙂

    vorm/krul

    BAE/smalling/shotton/senderos/santon

    bale/sess/walters/dyer/dempsey

    RVP/aguero/rooney.

well? what'cha think? yey or ney?

I do like that mclean shout i must say. Not bothered about city defensive cover at all. They WILL concede goals, smalling to evans, i've thought about but smalling was immense again on sunday as he has been all season up until his illness and evans has been erratic.

Very good. I'm also considering the same front line as you but I need to see how Rooney gets on against Bolton first; if he goes nuts then that could trigger him into a rich vein of form, but if he draws a blank then I might stick with Nani who's 2.0 cheaper.

liking that side fella. looking at something similar.. won't be rotating krul/vorm.. i'm sorenson/vorm. debating weather or not to offload Komps as my mainstay defender or get Skrtels. Had kompany from the start plus have back up coverage. Reckon Evans will play too but don't be too stressed with either smalling or evans.. both should play most of the year.

I think that's more to do with them having tougher fixtures at home than away for most of the season so far. With their fixtures improving, especially at home, they look a good bet to pick up quite a few cleansheets.

I haven't seen a change more than 0.3m per gwk in this season yet. Even the player was over +/- 200% on FISO, the price weren't changed if he already made 0.3m.

Fair enough... I ask this question to tease out the quality of a player in people's minds. Basically if someone is good enough to captain its typically a good indication that they are players you want. - i.e. they are consistent or have good potential to do well... My goal is to fill my team with as many 'captain' material as possible....

I get what you mean, although I don't see myself not captaining one of Aguero, RVP or Bale for the future.
How many times do you see yourself captaining Nani in the next 6 weeks? Especially considering how untrustworthy he has been as an FPL player lately.

All these rumours about Silva has given me something to think about...

Should I stick with this team if Silva isn't injured?

    Vorm (Begovic)
    Walker Richards Simpson (Kelly Shotton)
    Bale Dempsey Silva (Walters Sessegnon)
    RVP Aguero Yak

    or if he is injured....

    Richards -> Cahill
    Walters -> Mata
    Silva -> Valencia

Im not overly bothered about people seeing the potential of Dempsey in their teams because it just means more people for me to over take who dont have him, but consider he is the 5th highest scoring midfielder behind players who are all getting for at least 1m more than him and hes had tough fixtures, now his fixtures ease up considerably and Fulham dont have the EL to worry about surely hes got to be considered a good option?

Formation is always going to be 3-4-3 unless injuries occur etc. I also plan to downgrade Vorm to Mignalet and upgrade Ferguson in the next GW.

    Vorm, Bogdan
Richards, Smalling, Kelly, (Caulker), (De Laet)

I think this is a good team - but just the same as everyone elses !!!

    Inspiration required please...

    Krul - Vorm
    Richards - Naylor - Cahill - Simpson - Enrique
    Bale - Silva - Valencia - Dempsey - McClean
    Yak - RVP - Agro

No help on last page so reposted.

RMWCT please really need some help here as it’s driving me up the wall.

Sorenson Stockdale (have Vorm right now)
    Shotton Enrique Kompany Simpson Kelly
Silva Bale Walters McClean Sessegnon (may get Demp in for Sess)
RVP Aguero Yak (may upgrade Yak to Sturridge for chelsea coverage)

Worried about no Man United coverage though!

with Spurs defence in tatters Everton players could be good differentials tomorow.

    I have Baines and Drenthe

    also BAE, Bale(c), and Ade.

Goal fest hopefully. Then they can all be shipped out apart from Bale

yes, no King or Parker/Sandro. Have to remember Walker and BAE are very attacking and Dawson only just back from injury.

But that 4/5 of the same back 5 from the majority of the season that has kept a reasonable ammount of clean sheets.
Okay no Parker or Sandro will hurt but there has been a lot of teams in a lot, lot worse defensive situations compared with their norm this year.

Osman isn't playing, so there will be no tripping over his own feet, therefore no Baines penalty, therefore no points.
You realise Everton are in a worse predicament, and will put 10 behind the ball - and probably fail with no Jagielka and Hibbert

It's not that, it's just after Wolves performing pretty well against Chelsea, I could see it being 1-1. Having said that Bale will probably go mental and score five.

Formation is always going to be 3-4-3 unless injuries occur etc. I also plan to downgrade Vorm to Mignalet and upgrade Ferguson in the next GW. I am taking a risk on the defense but will rotate Caulker and Kelly.

    Vorm, Bogdan
Richards, Smalling, Kelly, (Caulker), (De Laet)
    Valencia, Ramires, Silva, Bale, (Ferguson)
    Aguero (C), RVP, Rooney

My team is in a mess. Simpson doubtful, Jones could be rested, Hibbert injured, Naylor plays Arsenal that is only Baines that I am semi happy to play him.

Silva doubtful, Sturridge doubtful, Osman injured, no Utd cover I might do the unthinkable and play my WC now. I already missed some of the price rises but I don't have a choice actually.

    Thoughts?

Well he was replaced in the cup game and on the live commentary they said injury. No news for Sturridge which I don't like, there is something connected with him not able to sign a new contract. I am persuaded that Jones will be rested so if Silva is out of the question I will WC and all my Tot assets will become Utd assets. More chance on Utd spanking Bolton then Tot Wolves IMO. I hate to do stuffs like this but if some of the tot players is injured in Wednesday I am definitely gonna WC.

Yeah, I had similar problems with doubts over Silva, Sturridge, Osman, Hibbert, Brown, Evans and even maybe Jones. In addition, I also made a rookie error by bringing in Kompany before the FA Cup match. Hence, I decided to wildcard early even though I wanted to keep it as late as possible, for the swing of fixtures.

Wasn’t going to play it for a cpl of weeks either but with studge not certain to recover, the suspension cloud hanging over kompany and mcauley injured, i had to do it!! here it is lads….criticise away!

    vorm/stockdale

    Cole A/Clichy/Simpson/Taylor/McAuley

    Bale/Mata/Valencia/Cabaye/Etherington

    RVP/Odemwingie/Aguero.

well? what’cha think? yey or ney?
