Just a final reminder that we launched the second free Fantasy Football Scout cup competition of the season this earlier this week. Gameweek 24 is the qualifying round for this Members-only tournament, with the top scoring 512 managers progressing to the first round proper.

There are prizes for the top three places in the Members Paddy Power Cup II, and you can enter via our form right here. You should receive email confirmation of your entry once submitted, but you can also check that your entry has been successful via this list. If you have any issues with your entry, please email me at akers@fantasyfootballscout.co.uk.

You can get full details on the Paddy Power cup right here.

Good luck to those who enter. We will post full details of the qualifiers once the gameweek ends on Tuesday, with the first round draw following later next week.

Walcott could be dropped or played more central. Maybe change of formation from classic 4-3-3

Would this be detrimental to RVP! 4-3-3 suits him.

don't think so, either way (walcott dropped, or more added to MF) should means less predictability in build-up for them and more opps for RVP. If anyone should be played more centrally it should be AOC...

          top candidates for droppage:

          Ramsey
Theo "if I only had a brain" Walcott

sagna, ramsey and oxlade-chamberlain for me. the body language of player (ox) and manager in the traininig pics screams of a manager giving bad news and a player receiving bad news.
as for sagna just back from a broken leg i wouldn't be shocked to see coquelin play this one, as for ramsey straight sawp for rosicky isn't impossible, it's not like ramsey has been in devastating form

Agree, agree and agree...Ox has a knee knock, but...it appears too early to be delivering that kind of news unless you're gonna throw Thierry in there (which should happen...but for Theo), he may not be taking any chances with the youngster's health. Sagna is a no brainer, he has to be regulated. And Ramsey is the easiest decision, he does a lot of running, I'll give him that but it can be of the headless chicken variety at times and purposeless. especially when he should be executing more key passes than he is and taking on more defenders. Theo seems to have gotten a reprieve due to AOC's knee issue.

    Assou-Ekotto

    Bale

    Dempsey

    Sessegnon

    Silva

    Fletcher

Two free goes this week but dont know what to do?

    Krul Mignolet
    Jose Richards Santon Senderos Shawcross
    Silva Bale Sess Sigg Walters
    Fletch RVP Aguerro

i am not sure what to do? I'm not sold on 2 Stoke players particularly with Europa League coming up, then i am not overly sure on whether to keep Enrique.

Fletch i will keep unless i bring in Ba, who i could bring in if i also downgrade walters to Morisson?

Or do i just bring in Taiwo for Enrique?

    Evans, Richards, Santon, Taiwo, Caulker

    Dempsey, Valencia, Silva, Bale, McLean

    Aguero, RvP, Cisse (QPR)

I think Ba is not essential yet....just back and next week he's at spurs. Gwk 26 is Ba week.

I prefer Zamora in the cheap striker role, but I can't argue with the gamble of Cisse.

      I like the rest though...although isn't Krul/Mig a better away/home combination than Schwarzer?

Don't lose Clint...he may only get two this week, but many hauls are to come.

Spurs are very good defensively so can;t see more than one Ba goal...also I'd like to see him back for a game before I decide to get him in. He is excellent, but has just returned from a fairly boring tournament from his point of view. He may take a game or two to get into his stride.

Ok, quick poll which to drop to the bench out of these three

    Fletcher
    Dempsey
    Sess

At the moment I'm dropping Sess due to Stoke being very solid at home and him being a tiny fella against the likes of Huth, Fulham have a track record of scoring against Man City and Fletcher's away record is excellent.

I've just checked the stats and you are all right about dempsey.

Away he has scored above 3 just twice...7 against Newcastle and 11 against Wigan.

All his big hauls are at home.

Man City are arguably better than Wigan defensively and even Newcastle.

i'd prefer Ageuro but price led me to Dzeko...its hard to judge his home form though as he has competed with Balotelli for most of the season at home.

When he does play more than 60 mins at home its usually betweeen 5-10, which is ok.

I think if Ageuro scores or assists Dzeko is likely to be involved somehow...well that's the hope.

Yeah, Sunderland have tightened up at the back immeasurably since MON arrived. Think Walters should still be on pens despite miss.

Is this move a good one? Ba in for Sturridge. I've had enough of Sturridge's inconsistency and wasting of chances! He can't see to hit the ball on target!

I've done this move so have to say it is a good move. Just hope Ba doesn't take ages to get back into scoring form.

I'd say I'll plump for Sturridge to Ba tonight as well. Dempsey in next week, then start looking to bring in as many United as I can for week 28 onwards. Come on Ba!! Hat-trick. . .(and cleanie for Krul).

Krul for me. I don't like doubling up at the back so Evans, Caulker I'd pick but it's probably six of one and half a dozen of the other

tried that, but he's still yellow on mine. It's odd, on my team page Schwarzer has no flag and it states I have no injuries, yet on transfer page he's still red-flagged. Strange goings on down at FPL towers.

nani is a lot lot lot better than young
but he needs a break and a rest, so young will come in and play a few
if he plays well nani could rotate in for valencia perhaps
but in the long term young is 3rd in pecking order

Hey guys. Is this the right team to play this weekend?
    Vorm, (Sorensen)
    Richards, Enrique, Simmpson, (JEvans, Kelly)
    Valencia, Silva, Bale, Sess, Dempsey
    RVP, Fletcher, (Torres)

1 FT with 0.5 in bank. Do i keep the FT and play current formation or transfer out torres for a cheap striker like zamora or Cisse? Help guys!

      link is fine

I'd avoid a hit until we see how Ba is performing

I'd have put Young last in QP pecking order myself, but there we go.

      For this week

      Krul

      Williamson, ShawX, Young
      Play all 5 mids
      RvP, Aguero

Well...I guess it's down to what you could do with the extra money but I don't think its such a bad thing having 2 Swans...and he rotates with Simpson if you ever wanted to bench Simpson...I assume Richards and Evans will start most games for you so...If not then definitely Taiwo for their next few fixtures...
