With Aaron Ramsey’s latest points haul still resonating within the Fantasy Football community, we now look forward to Sunday’s quartet of matches which promise to round the Gameweek off with a bang.

Proceedings begin early, with the midday kick-off at the Lane finding a Spurs side desperate to recover from their Etihad mauling against champions United. With Andre Villas-Boas on the tightrope and Wayne Rooney in red-hot form, the day looks set to get off to an intriguing start.

That’s followed by Liverpool’s visit to the KC Stadium, as Luis Suarez looks to claim his latest set of points against a Hull defence that has allowed just two goals in front of their own fans. A pair of late afternoon kick-offs come next, with Chelsea taking on Southampton at the Bridge, while City’s steamrolling home form is set to go through the gears again as Swansea draw up in Manchester.

With Rooney, Suarez and Sergio Aguero on show and sporting the armband for so many Fantasy managers, today’s events are set to cause a major swing in the ranks and mini-leagues.

The early team news from North London finds Rooney safely snuggled in the United attack although, once again, Robin van Persie is absent. The Dutchman doesn’t even make the matchday squad as his Fanatasy stock continues to diminish at pace. David Moyes is able to welcome back Nemanja Vidic, however, and he takes his place in a back four alongside Jonny Evans, with Chris Smalling at right-back. Phil Jones occupies a midfield role once more, while Shinji Kagawa earns only his third league start of the season.

Villas-Boas shuffles again, making an array of changes from the side that was humiliated at City. Nacer Chadli earns a recall on the flank, whle Mousa Dembele is also back in the lineup in the middle of the park: Lewis Holtby and Erik Lamela make way. Meanwhile, at the back, Vlad Chiriches replaces Younes Kaboul who drops to the bench.

Our Dugout Discussion chatroom is open and available throughout all today’s matches, right up until the final whistles at Stamford Bridge and the Etihad.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

    GW 8 has been a major turning point in my season. And for the bad reason.

    I brought out Rooney on GW 8 to Lukaku and then bring Remy in replacing Lukaku in GW 12. (That itself is already a massive transfer fail).
    Due to the extra money I got from Rooney sale, I did Eriksen to Ozil in GW 9 - whereas if I kept Rooney I would've gone for Ramsey instead to actually upgrade my Barfa to Oscar move.
    I did a double transfer on GW 10 to bring Aguero in for a hit, which was a good call.
    I finally caved in with Ramsey so I did Ozil to Ramsey in GW 11 for a hit - missing Ramsey's 3 massive point hauls.

    If only I did this instead in GW 8, which in hindsight was a good move.
    Keep Rooney,
    Ben Arfa -> Oscar,
    Eriksen -> Ramsey

    Ramsey instead of Ozil points for 3 weeks = 17
    = + Ramsey GW 8-10 = 27pts
    - Ozil 9-10, Eriksen replacement GW 8 = 9+1 = 10pts

    Rooney instead of Lukaku and Remy points = 30
    = + Rooney GW 8-13 = 57pts
    - Lukaku GW 8-11, Remy 12-13 = 13+14=27pts

    Saved FT GW 9, avoid hit GW 10 for double transfer (for bringing Aguero in) = +4pts

    Avoid hit GW 11, bringing Ramsey in for Ozil = +4pts

    In total I lost out 55 points. Fifty five friggin points.

      I sold him before the City game. I think he flatters to deceive when going forwards, much like his teammate Paulinho.

      That free kick today should never have been a goal, it was crap defending from United rather than Walker's brilliance with the kick.

        Needs must, I'm not delighted about it, but I cant see any other way...

        Maybe I could lose Terry and do this instead?

    Why do players roll the ball 4 inches to the other player at free kicks?

    It just gives the other team time to close the space down.

        Surely you should pass it further than 4 inches though?

        Or pass it a third time before striking it.

      if he wants to shoot, sometimes the referee raises his hand which means its an indirect free kick and if a goal is scored directly from it then it wnt count. thus there should be a touch before the shot

    Those worrying about Rooney and Dawson on 4 yc's, then dont worry too much.

    If they avoid yellow on next two games, then get booked in 3 games time: they will miss the league cup QF. I have a feeling Rooney especially will try and get booked that week!
