I'm not convinced by Hazard. Had Fabregas since GW 1 at 9m, wouldn't want to spend to get him back, and he isn't limited to only scoring at home. The only benefit of Hazard is explosiveness, which is really only useful if you captain him. (I own Costa and would always captain him over Hazard)
Meh ive had Fabregas since week 1, so much value tied in, and Hazard is 10.2mill..thats expensive stuff!
