Nonsense. He was instrumental in several of Chelsea's attacks, and two of the goals.
He forced two great saves from Flappyhandski. He was frankly unlucky not to have scored. As for assisting - Willian and Matic both wasted great chances set-up by Haz.
Was unlucky. Some great keeper stops denied him and Costa, Willian and Oscar wasted some chances he created.
he seemed desperate to get a goal or assist after the players who had done the damage had been taken off. there are just so many attacking outlets in that team this will happen.
Chelsea didn't really need him to step up because Swansea were so bad.
He looked good, just assisted the assister and Willian missed a couple haz would have gotten the assist on.

Elia is not nailed on with Mane coming back in february. I think you need to have bench that you can count on with the possible fixture rescheduling.

With Alderweireld likely still out until mid-February, will Yoshida likely slot back in when he returns from Asian Cup? Unless he goes through to the final or third place game of that tournament, he would likely be back for a Jan 31 GW23 match and even if misses that, should surely be back the week after.
