All week i was certain of costa in my wc. Considered the alternatives of having fab or adm in midfield. Costa's points potential much higher than fab i told myself. Form over fixtures screw adm i told myself.
Typical last minute flip fllop after some inspired faux logic punished immediately again. Becoming a theme. Sold costa for his 3 highest scores. Sold kun for his highest score. Sold rooney for his highest score. Then there's the sanchez v qpr captaincy flip flop. Getting annoying
at least you got kun to bail you out champ. I changed from kun to kane at 11 after obsessing about his potential minutes

Granted, I would ponder on these moves a bit. I'd wait and see if the Toffees show any signs of solidity in the back vs West Brom. That would sway my decision imo.
Based of form alone, Costa is a good pick long term. Though, do you personally think Rooney can outscore Costa when the former has leicester at home?

I can take some reasonable punts instead of getting Punch/Costa...Aye, good point. There are little to no sings of form for Rooney and Co, perhaps the strength of the fixture isn't enough for their dire showings of late.
On form alone, it's Costa and Punch's GW to lose.
Siggy and Rooney both falling off the watchlist, so you might be one more week behind the curve, or you might be one of the first to reap a spontaneous burst in United's form
Granted the latter pair is more of an emotional or spiritual punt, whereas the former is the obvious move to make here.
My head says Punch & Costa, perhaps it's better to be realistic about United's form here than being a hopeless romanticEdit, just saw you don't have Sanchez who will be by far the most captained player in the top10k most likely imo

That's my current plan. I'd look at the depth of your team. See a few issues down the track.Yeah, perhaps go with Giroud/Rooney for a week I guess with a plan to switch to Kun after che.
I always tend to go for an uber bench. You think it's worth downgrading Clyne to upgrade AJ to someone like Walcott?ADM is an issue currently. I'd keep Clyne, it gives you 2 solid defenders & you can rotate the 3rd.

Lower. Sanchez is hardly captained but most have him. Plenty captained Aguero but he's still a big differential for you.
Sanchez isn't important, Aguero doing well is a winner regardless of captaincy.

Costa is the one player who does feck all when I own him. I've missed 3/4 of his double figure hauls. 'Twas a season defining moment going without him on my WC... 🙁
There's always one player that trolls you every year in that you always miss their hauls. For me last year it was Lallana and Lukaku, this year is Sterling.
I've missed all of them. No idea how I'm going to get him back.
