Funny old world. After GW18 I had 4 red arrow and dropped 40K places, which was bad. I then had 4 green arrows, which is good, and I'm back where I started 🙂

My defence has let me down lately, specifically Phil Jones.
Sanchez has also screwed my team up a bit lately...Phil Jones really hurting me as well. Also had Wisdom and Baird, got rid of Wisdom for Kosc this week. Did not excatly work out. Also got PVA and Bertie has been sitting on my bench for three weeks.
I got just 10 points more than you for a jump from 303rd to 199th. It's tough at the top!
So Mane + Sturridge + Downing + Fonte got me a grand total of 5 points today! 😮
Jesus Christ. Just checked Liverpool's CS records and they have 6 from the last 9 league games. I believe that figure is better if you include European and other domestic competitions too. Don't know what we have done to improve, but it's gone pretty much unnoticed. Too late for a Pool defender though now.

I was sure we were using that formation during poor form though. Sakho has been better of late but I wouldn't have said that he has been that much of a differential.

No. He was just too important to risk the week before a cup final. As others have said, Spurs weren't up to much without him so he had to be brought on. He will play every game he's fit.

I have 10 + PVA for next week and 2FTs, but bizarrely, I am thinking of Terry to Walker with a transfer this week and leaving PVA for the time being. I can then have 4 DGWers with no hits.
Alternatively, I might just do the sensible thing and do PVA to Alder this week and decide whether a Spurs defender is worth a hit for the DGW (Trippier to Walker most probably).

If Bellerin and PvA play for me I can field 10 too.
You have the same 4 on your bench as me and at the moment I'm inclined to stick as I can't really see much out there that is worth losing a DGW'er or John Terry for.
The only move that looks remotely interesting to me is Terry to Cresswell but then I'd want Terry back next week. Got 2 FT as well which compounds the problem.

Don't think Liverpool defence is all that really. Recent clean sheets have been against Burnley, Everton, Villa and Sunderland. All struggling relegation teams and, Burnley aside with Ings, hardly a murderers row of strikers in that lot.
