There are always budget players about, and I still wouldnt say it enables us to 'get who we want'.
Choose 1 Arsenal mid, one City mid, still plenty of choices we all have to make.-
Yes there are always budget players floating about but non stay in our teams for the long-term, whereas Kane does.

Yes I've owned all 4 of them at some point this season, but they certainly weren't essential. A Southampton defender was certainly close to essential in the 1st half of the season.
