It's a no-brainer to keep him. If that shot went in off the post instead of bouncing out, he would have a lot less sellers.
The thing that amuses me about these members articles just because a player has a lot of attempts on goal it does not mean they are worth getting. It is like the machine gun theory if enough bullets are fired one will hit the target.
I would much prefer an article based on accuracy and % chances converted of the number received.True. Based on these articles you wouldn't have touched Yaya last season and yet he was the top scoring midfielder.

I read somewhere that something ridiculous like 99% of bullets fired in a war dont hit any enemy target and are mostly intended for cover spray

It all depends if your ammo consists of Kane bullets or Lukaku bullets...

Chances converted stat is overrated. Hit enough shots on target and you'll score - usually.
Yeah you really need to watch the games to get a feel for it. Someone was bigging up Andros Townsend or someone before based on the number of shots he had over a few matches. I had to point out to him that every shot was from 40 yards and at least 20 yards over the crossbar 😆
If they kept him for the dgw they would have done alright....the previous 27 gameweeks are a bit hit and miss though! 😀

I'm currently hanging about the 50k mark. I halved my rank about a month ago in one gameweek, so I need to take risks if I want to get into the top 10k, or is it even possible at this stage?. I've pretty much won my mini league (there's only 3 of us). It's my 2nd season but 1st season playing properly so don't know how hard or easy it is to get in top 10k but it seems to be a good goal to aim for judging by comments on here. Thanks

If you don't save it then the max you could field would be 9 without taking a hit.
I think the real question here is actually, does anyone want 2 Leicester players for the dgwk? Schlupp and Ulloa?9 without a hit but probably a bunch of blanks in GW33?
No I meant without blanking gw33. You would need 3 chelsea, 4 players benched and 2 FT

I'd rather have a strong forward line in a 3-4-3, or possibly a 3-5-2 with 5 top quality midfielders.
Mahrez and Cambiasso might be good alternatives to Boyd as the bench-sitter in your front 8, but there must be better starting alternatives in a DGW for up to 8 teams (including Charlie Austin's QPR) if you have a wildcard available.

I don't understand the need for any enabler except cork (swansea) at 4.3m he is perfect for the 3-4-3 formation

I am delighted I got rose transferred in for PVA one less place to worry about.
Leicester haven't got a blank in GW33, QPR and Spurs both had blank then DGW, so harder to get the players in without multiple hits.

I want to say B and C because of fixtures but not that impressed with Yaya. Like eriksens longer term fixtures....Well I got rid of Cazorla over Eriksen for Silva. Mainly due to having Sanchez but was a tough decision.

Baird Bellerin and PVA are your worries as we can't say for sure any are nailed on, I would want another defender in there who is 100% nailed on for security

People who have still got a WC aren't going to get as much benefit as we'd hoped from DGWs, but it means you don't have to worry about slowly bringing in DGWers, when you might want someone else short-term.
I'd still prefer a 12-team DGW, though 🙁It always amazes me how long some people can keep wildcards for. I tend to use it after the team hits the skids fairly early on.
I seem to either use in the the first 4 weeks, or keep it for a DGW.
