We’re entrusting Manchester United’s resurgent midfielder, Swansea City’s Icelandic playmaker and Tottenham’s imperious frontman to deliver the goods when we go head-to-head with Paddy this weekend.

Our attentions turn to Old Trafford as we call upon Marouane Fellaini to translate his goalscoring exploits for Belgium (three goals in two matches) into similar results when the Red Devils play host to Aston Villa later today. The much-maligned former Everton star bagged a goal and an assist in a Gameweek 29 clash against Spurs and will fancy his chances of breaching a Villains rearguard that’s managed a solitary clean sheet in their previous ten outings. Paddy are offering 7/2 odds on Fellaini to score and United to keep a clean sheet, encouraging us to part with our first £3.

Gylfi Sigurdsson is the target of our second wager of the week as the Swans welcome Hull City to the Liberty. The ex-Tottenham midfielder flourished against his former team in Gameweek 28 – notching a goal and an assist – and has mustered 10 attempts on goal in the last three Gameweeks. In light of the Tigers’ failure to score in their last two road ties, we’re willing to take up Paddy’s 9/2 odds on Sigurdsson to score and Swansea to keep a clean sheet, handing over another £3.

Our final, and favourite bet, tilts our head towards the irrepressible Harry Kane. The Spurs forward has tallied a staggering five braces in the last 11 Gameweeks – including a hat trick against Leicester City last time out – and will be in jubilant spirits for the visit to Burnley following a dream debut for England. Allied to that, the Clarets have scored only 14 goals at Turf Moor this campaign, offering hope that Tottenham can secure a rare clean sheet. All things considered, we’re happy to take up Paddy’s 16/1 offer on Kane to score two or more goals and Spurs to keep a clean sheet and invest our final £4.

REGISTER AND BET £10 AND GET £20 FREE

If you’re new to Paddy Power, you can take up any of these odds and get yourself a bonus. You can sign up on this site and get a free £20 when you register an account and bet a tenner.

Finally, of course, we should state that all these offers are only available to those aged 18 and over and are subject to Paddy Power’s terms and conditions. Also, if you’re going to bet, always gamble responsibly.

Interesting facts going into the Arsenal-Liverpool game.

-Arsenal have only conceded 1 goal in their last five Premier league home games.

-Liverpool have equalled a club record of six consecutive clean sheets away from home in the league and have now gone 9 hours and 19 minutes on the road since they last conceded.

0-0 written all over this game? 😯

What do we think to the relative chances for Saints and Spurs today?

    My two problems are....

    Bertrand or Rose?
    and
    Mane or Eriksen?

Currently starting the two Spurs boys based on 'rate my team' / bookies odds, but it's not sitting well with me. What's the consensus?

I don't know what value still having a WC has, other than being able to brag about still having it on here?

Most teams are set now, we know who the best players are and everyone's going to have the same teams even in the remaining DGW's. I'd have though that any advantage it had for anyone has gone by now.

I know. Holding on to the Wc has not been advantageous this season.

Still those holding could get lucky if key players get injuries and/or suspensions before the DGWs.

Episode 9: Pimento. THE finest television I've ever watched, and I have watched quite a lot. Not always does a prequel/spinoff outdo the original, and when the original is something like Breaking Bad, you got be darn good to better that.

Vince Gilligan, you are one hell of a genius.

SAD part: The finale is next week, and then another year of wait. Why you no do more episodes, Vince? :'(

BB peaked slowly- took S4 to do that, but if you're comparing season 1 of the two dramas, BCS does better even with its limitations- it is hard to do a story when people know where it will end.

Would make 9 changes from my current team. Takes -4 to get full set of DGWers in gw 34 and gw 37.

I have been tempted throughout the week.

Not caring much about the price changes now. Didn't want to press the button earlier in the week as Benteke was an injury doubt and there were internationals going on.

Just had a look at your team and I think using your WC now is insanity. Why hold it to use now?
You've got a decent enough team for this week and your WC can be used either for the DGW 34 or, hopefully, a bumper DGW later on.

Only change I would have done this GW in your team would have been Mane to Phillips.

            Fellaini.

The fact that I'm actually typing his name in answer to your question is quite scary, but he's in a rich vein of form, his confidence is high and he could bag some big points today against Villa.

Siggy also worries me, as he could go wild vs what is still a pretty poor Hull team despite the performance against Chelsea last time out.
