Actual Bonus Points will be shown when added – all points are provisional until then.

Gameweek 32

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

    A) Bin Sanchez to get LFC cover for DGW. And for Arsenal's DGW, get Ramsey. + Giroud
    B) Bin Aguero for Sturridge for DGW, keep Alexis. + Kosc

      A IMO

Since Gru, Ramsey and Ozil have come back Sanchez has had 1 double digit haul and in that week Ozil got 10 and Ramsey 9

if you were chasing a Silva owner and didn't have Silva yourself would you get Silva next week or get Yaya for 1 GW?

How much are you chasing? How different do you need to be? I think if not chasing too much then to go with who you think will score the most. I still believe personally that will be silva

    Bottom of page repost!

A couple of questions from me for you lot:

    1) want to get a Cpal MID - was torn between Punch, Bol & Zaha. Is Bolasie the safest bet due to form? And Punch now plays deeper as a mid than a winger currently?

    2) for the DGW I see Coutinho & Henderson getting love, but little for Sterling. Why is that?

    Thanks

I'd still prefer Punch if I was getting one.

Sterling has mostly been playing wing back when Sturridge starts.

Top 4. Beavis looks safe to make it but after that its tight down to 8th place. The teams at the bottom of that pile (us) need wins the most 🙂

Easy to say that now. Many / mostly everyone doubted he was of "PL quality" and saw him as a Championship player. He was also hurt virtually all season last year so they wanted to get him up to speed elsewhere.

He needed the minutes to get up to speed and he never would have been able to find his form up with the first team because he wouldn't have stuck in the lineup most likely, but all of the we need to sign a striker in the summer talks have sure quieted down over this past month.

Absolutely powder puff defending by Sunderland.

Defenders knocked off the ball far too easily.

    @JK

We're in the same boat its seems.
I see more clean sheets from Arsenal than Saints

Arsenal (CHE, hul, SWA, mun/SUn, WbA)
Saints (TOT, sun, lei, AVL, mci)

Saints face two relegation attack minded sides (lei, AVL) who have been scoring in abundance recently thriving for survival. Plus Spurs at home and ManCity away, Spurs match may have better odds considering Spurs recent woeful attacking form and it's at home at least. ManCity away, tough, can't see one there. Think the Sunderland match is a give-in.

Ospina edged it though for me, DGW plus weaker attacking opposition wins it IMO. West brom, Sunderland, Swansea all at home and away at Hull. Suddenly the double with Davis isn't as enticing for me.

Swinging towards double Arsenal on WC now with Opsina/Giroud. Would rather diversify with the top defenses and get a piece of each pie (Pool/Arsenal/Chelsea/Saints).

    Thoughts?

actually, do as I say, not as I do

i advocated getting Murray all week

        then got Berahino

I like Ospina and Schmeichel as a pair

You play Schmeichel GW34 then Ospina every week following. The issue is Giroud

Do you get him and play/bench GW34 and possibly lose either a DGW spot or a City attacker or do you wait 1 week and have say Kun, +2 DGW strikers up front, then get Giroud in GW35?

Atm I'm minded to go Kun, Remy, N'Doye as my front 3 and leave enough to do Remy to Giroud in GW35, but I could just as easily get Sturridge over Kun and put Ramsey into midfield or go with Remy, Giroud and a cheapie and just Silva, and get my Arsenal mid in GW36

Hmmm, guess it does't really matter who you store considering you'll get them in the following week either way. I like whichever option has Sturridge IMO, he's just the best DGW striker to have to be honest. So the Ramsey in midfield option for me with w/o Remy.

he's not good bench fodder, when he isn't nailed on. he's been on mine since the jan wildcard. I will be getting his 4 points today though, after Clyne didn't start, with Naughton not yet transferred out

Is it worth a hit to take out Giroud for his blank next week?

    A: Stick
    B: Remy
    C: Aguero

Pardew must be the real manager of the year.

He, along with Cisse, got some insane wins for the club, in a lot of hostility, and left them in a very safe position. Took up Palace then, and took them from nowhere to near the top 10.

    Also Pulis is overrated.

Naughton & Cork -> Baines (BUR) & Shelvey (lei) for free.

    So I only have 10 for GW33:

    Schmeichel

    Dawson Fonte Terry Rose

    Mane Sigurdsson Hazard

    Remy Kane

Bench: Pantilimon Van Aanholt Phillips Sanchez Austin

8.9 ITB, would you make a hit to field 11? Initial thoughts on captaincy?

If you had to choose one defender and one midfielder for GW33 who would they be? Money no issue.
    Already have Hazard, Eriksen, Silva.
