He had good stats, but I don't think he's a player who has 20 point hauls in him except under those ridiculous circumstances. I'll never forgive you, Sunderland!
The stats were incredible and it was a matter of patience with him- I clearly remember him having 23 chances created in the previous 4 game weeks before that game which was 8-10 more chances created than any other player in the PL.
Okay you could argue that the explosion was a bit ridiculous but I think his owners deserved that many points because they kept faith with him despite negligible returns.
I watched most of the games prior to the 8-0 and I have no idea how his stats were so good. Luckily I had him in GW8 but I was never too convinced that he would be a consistent scorer of points

Picking a team next season is going to be very difficult because Aguero, Hazard, Sanchez will all be very expensive and I can't see myself not having one of those 3 if they're fit. I'm not looking forward to having to pick between the promoted team's £4m defenders.

Not sure it's worth the hit - I don't see two clean sheets for anyone in GW37 so you'd need to go with someone who offers attacking potential (Ryan Taylor perhaps?). You could do PVA or gamble on Bellerin getting 2 of the last three and hope for attacking returns. Personally, I'd think about keeping the four points and get rid of Moreno in GW38 for someone like Vlaar.
What are Alexis' ownership and captaincy stats for this GW? From an owner but non-captainer's point of view would a decent return (1 goal, 1 assist) see a rank increase, red arrow or negligible impact
