With only three days remaining until the 2015/16 Premier League campaign gets underway, we thought we’d take an in-depth look at the first match of the domestic season, which took place last Sunday. Arsenal’s 1-0 Community Shield victory over Chelsea finally broke Arsene Wenger’s winless streak over nemesis Jose Mourinho, thanks to Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain’s first-half wonder strike.

    So from the above article, how are members feeling about the choices? I'm now a little torn, and tempted to shift from A to B:

    A = Hazard, Mert, Azpi
    B = Fabs, Ivan, Kos + 1m

    I just feel like it looks as if Kos/Ivan will outscore Mert and Azpi by enough to cover the Hazard gap.

    The only I then have is captaining Chelsea...

    To Hazard or not to Hazard?
    Currently my team is
    Cech, Hennessey
    Cederic, Rva, Azpi, Huthl R.Taylor,
    Hazard*,Sterling, Depay,Santi,Ritichie
    Rooney, Deeney, Sahko

    So do i swop out Hazard as he has been slow to start seasons and try take advatage of this and try use someone else like Walcott to earn some early points or stick with him from the start and play it safe? Thoughts on this and my team welcomed

    ManU fans, what do you think of Mata vs Depay over the season?

    I prefer not to take punts on unproven players, but not sure about Mata either.

        I think he will start with both. Just questioning their positions. Depay as nr10 and Mata out right.

        Mata used to be a great FPL player also.

      Depay seems to be quite greedy so will be looking for plenty of goals himself as well as the occasional assist. He's in my team for now

              Work out the cut off. If you have 38 people, last every week after hits is easy.

        I think that he will. If he doesn't, it's not the end of the world - Azpi/Mert every week and a Williams/Huth rotation can handle things.

            In terms of fixtures, no, it's not as good. It's about the players for me I suppose. Williams will be one of the biggest bonus magnets in the game this season, and Huth is a real goal threat. I also trust Swansea and Leicester more than West Ham and Bournemouth.

      I dislike Sterling and would rather have an 8.5 Arsenal mid but the rest is top notch.

      4th mid should be 4.5, I'd leave Wanyama.

    Is it possible to pull out of a Dugout FC league ?.

    My draft time has changed, and I will now not be home to select squad. IMO letting the computer pick your squad from a shortlist defeats the purpose of the game.

            Nah, I really don't like Lukaku as an option anymore, when was the last time he racked up one of these big scores in a favourable home fixture? Would much rather just stick with my Benteke and save the transfer
