Game week 2 arrives at its conclusion this evening as Liverpool welcome Bournemouth to Merseyside for the first ever league meeting between the two clubs. After a multitude of armband options failed us again, many will be looking to Reds attack to save yet another disappointing round of results for Fantasy managers.

Certainly, Liverpool carried plenty of threat in front of their own fans last season. Despite scoring only 30 times at Anfield in 2014/15, Brendan Rodgers’ men fired a total of 331 attempts – only City and Arsenal managed more efforts when it came to home encounters.

As for Bournemouth, they arrive at Anfield boasting a fine away record in their Championship winning season, claiming eight victories and suffering just five defeats on the road, with a goal difference of plus 30.

Delving into last week’s data, though, tonight’s two sides managed just one big chance and five shots on target between them in Gameweek 1, suggesting that both sides will need to improve in the final third should they have ambitions for three points.

What are people's thoughts on Sagna? city backline for 5.0 and with two cleanies under his belt don't see zaba coming straight back in the team. Wouldn't be very fair after two solid performances.

Haven't seen a mention of him on the site at all anywhere!

Rotation risk is too much for me. I'd rather have Mangala or Kompany. Mangala is at risk too though.

Just guessing... but I think those who WC in GW2 gained about 30-35 points over the average score of 31 points going into today. Even more than if you had a worse team than average. Pretty good use of WC and they are set up for next week to gain value and maybe 10-15 more points than average.

    Anyone agree?

I noticed a couple of GW2 start teams, which have scored in the mid 60's. ... sure they could be arbitrary. But because you can't hold a WC until the DGW's 30-35 points is a decent return on a WC. Now that is not considering using bench boast, which I think should be held until the DGW's in late winter.

The GW1 template still has a good chance of outscoring the bandwagons of the first 2 weeks.

BTW,l I didn't WC... but notice the GW2 starting teams have already overtaken a couple hundred thousand of the GW1 teams

Cech.. hmmm. STaylor is the only 4.0 that seems to have a chance of playing.. if a teammate gets injured/susp. Not fond of Benteke, but just me. Needs one stronger Def back.

It's better to suffer a few drops in you're team, rather than WC just to try to gain TV, right? I think it's going to be impossible to avoid every single price drop and players that aren't performing now can surely rise back up.
