I think the problem with Shaqiri was he was a popular purchase when the wildcards were flying, but didn't change in price during that time. It therefore gave him a "false positive" NTI. It probably was positive, but not by as much as the price comparison sites predicted.
Or he was protected at the time? So those transfers didnt even count. We couldnt have discovered it at the time like we did with Pedro because the volume wasnt as great?
He joined a nine days before Pedro so I think it's unlikely he would have locked for the same length of time as Pedro did.
Widlcards went crazy GW3 right? So it's possible Shaqiri was locked in then? Remember that was Pedro's first GW so his transfer frenzy happened afterwards
They were high in GW4 as well, not as high, but higher than all the other weeks so far apart from GW3.

Hmmm.. if thats the case, it would still account for a lot of the transfers not being counted. In any case we wont really know. Pedro's lengthened protection was probably not an anomaly, it was just exposed because of the sheer volume of transfers.

Stats this, stats that. Some people tend to forget about real life and think everything revolves around FPL.
KDB is hands down a much better footballer, and I'm talking real life. Who cares what the stats say, you only need to watch the matches yourself and there's one winnerYep. Despite being a bit wayward with his passing at times against Spurs, he was everywhere that first half. Actually looking forward to Silva being back and slotting him in - think he has potential to smash home a lot more goals than he has done across previous seasons.
