Who to bring in for Hazard this week:

    Eriksen, Wijnaldum, Coutinho, Sterling?

A good week to keep a transfer. Not keen on Spurs, Newcastle or Liverpool going forward. And I don't rate Sterling over Hazard but he could prove to be the man while Kun is gone.

      Wijnaldum.

Some here think it's knee jerky. They are not wrong. But I think the stats belie the fact that NEW recently played MAN ARS CHE MCI. Still they gave CHE and MCI (first half) a real scare.

He has form and fixtures. Tremendous ability (highest scoring mid in Europe with over 20 goals in the last year). Dutch player of the year.

Would you consider Mahrez > Wijnaldum for a FT?

        Front 8 of:

        Sanchez - Wally - Mahrez - Payet - KDB
        Lukaku - Vardy - Pelle

Wouldn't solve my benching headache though, and I think that's smart to sort out with 2 FT next week.

No. Mahrez is still fantastic value, especially if you bought for 5.5.

Attacking stats are still fantastic. Only issue is tinkerman benching him, but he is cheap enough to be a 5th mid.

No. Keep Mahrez. Sell Wally out of that lot.

I'm definitely doing FT Sinclair>Wijwagon and benching Martial against MCI.

What 7 to start out of this front 8? Taking care of the benching headache next week with 2FT...

Wally (EVE) - Sanchez (EVE) - Mahrez (CPL) - Payet (CHE) - KDB (mun)

Lukaku (ars) - Vardy (CPL) - Pelle (liv)

I am thinking of benching Mahrez or Lukaku...thoughts??

Scares me to bench Lukaku only because, like everyone knows, he'll do something when you least expect it. Payet also scares me...returns in nearly every game.

Do you expect Chelsea to be able to be tight again?

Chelsea will only get better. Check west ham's home games. Out of LEI, BOU, NEW, NOR they have only won against newcastle (which isn't saying much since toons were shambles).

Their away record is much much more impressive.

I will say that Payet has a good chance of scoring. However, out of your front 8 you have to bench the one you think has the LOWEST chance of getting points and I believe that it is either payet or lukaku.

Arsenal have been very tight at home but like you said lukaku does something when you think he won't.

    Bottomed on last page.

Want to get rid of Ayew after that shambolic performance but he has Villa next. Dmhomag raised the potential of a price drop.

Probably going to ditch in that case, have a strong enough front 8 and getting rid of him helps fund a City attacker for GW11. Would you drop Ayew to a cheap 5th if you can roll the following 7 out this week?

    Sanchez Mane Payet Mahrez
    Costa Pelle Vardy

Was intending to bench Mane depending on Ayew form - the latter of which we now know.

Thing about Ayew > Wijnaldum is that it doesnt leave anything in the bank for an upgrade to City mid. Thinking next week will go with either Payet/Mane > Sterling/KDB, else I will be slaughtered in GW11 for lack of City.

Doing Hazard to KDB after the derby...

    Any tip welcome! Thanks.

    Morning.
Pretty sure on my move but would love to have it torn apart/ backed up on here.

    Butland/McCarthy
    Williams/ Kolorov/Richards/Bertrand/Targett
    Sanchez/Mata/Westwood/ KDB/Maherez
    Pelle/Vardy/Martial

    1FT 4.5M ITB

    A. Martial to Costa
    B. Kolorov to Bellerin
    C A and B for -4
    D Something else
    E Hold

Longer term thinking Vardy to Lukaku and/ or Maherez to Barkley. I know Man U have a fixture turn but having Mata and Martial playing out wide means i really dont mind losing him

Thanks. Im raging at myself for for not ding A last week so i guess thats why C is appealing to me.
Toby is a good shout, saves a little cash over Bellerin too.

I got Costa in last week but may sell to get Bony in depending on how Chelsea go next game. They're not playing Villa at home for the rest of the season

Why do you want some Chelsea? They were average against Villa and had extra man in the ref. Rameres should have had at least 4 yellows. Gana got kicked around the park so much I thought I was watching UFC

      E, IMO.

Defense is alright for this week, IMO. Swansea attack isn't exactly menacing right now & it's a home game, no need for the defensive trannie. Save the Bellerin move for when it“s more fruitful & has a larger possibility of gaining points in the immediate GW. You could get Toby/Dier (bou), which looks a great bet for a CS, but I still think 2 FT's will be more valuable to you next week during big fixture swing than any move you could possibly make now.

Hazard as a 11.2m rotation risk? Dead as a parrot.

It's not pining, it's passed on! This parrot is no more! It has ceased to be! It's expired and gone to meet its maker! This is a late parrot! It's a stiff! Bereft of life, it rests in peace! If you hadn't nailed it to the perch, it would be pushing up the daisies! It's rung down the curtain and joined the choir invisible. This is an ex-parrot!

      Not a rotation risk certainly..

He was benched because Jose wanted to make it clear that he is the one in charge.
Chelsea won quite convincingly as well without him.

Age old managerial control tactics simply.

Hazard would be on his toes from this very week onwards.

Currently have double WBA defence. Bit worried after the norwhich game as their fixtures turn real bad.

    Current defence is

    Myhill Henn
    Bellerin Alderwield Dawson francis nyom

Should i do Dawson to someone next?
    Who would you recommend?

I have Evans. Planning on moving him for a Man u defender. Looking at Jones ( I know ). But if Rojo stays out left he could start the majority of games next to Smalling.

Don't know if Coleman has shown enough to merit that 5.9 tags. Him and Baines as obviously their best but would look at Jags at 5.4 and bank the cash.

900k to 100k is some feat. Very possible to have back to back centuries with a pretty template team + 1 or 2 differentials.

Just need to start getting my damn captaincies right. have had 7 captain blanks and just 2 GW of returns from my captain thus far. Shocking.

@Cheese and balders, could you give a time frame regarding your new tournament? My time on here will be reduced till mid November. Really don't want to miss out on the tournament.

At FIFFSA we do not embezzle money. Sometimes we receive donations maybe

I don't see the logic behind this argument. I'd rather have this dilemma, rather than having a 2 point bench fodder.

I guess I'll be observing who underperforms in those 3 weeks. Got a strong feeling Pelle will eventually fade off. Hoping De Bruyne loses out too. Will be difficult though. I'm the only one who's hoping for Kun to stay out for longer as I feel it makes the game much more interesting. Though I don't want to see players injured.

I think even in his injured, not injured, injured, not injured merry go round he's great for FPL. He causes constant panic and it can really benefit those with a plan.

Totally agree. He's dynamic and not having him will ruin your season. Will look into a plan to get him in.

ugh, got overtaken by a 5-3-2 playing Ozil captainer this week. There's a small mercy that his transfer this week was Sterling -> KdB

Looking at my players and their fixtures next week,
Seems like I'll have some real captaincy headaches with no prominent candidate,

Candidates are : Hazard (whu), Mahrez (CRY), Bony (mun), Ayew (avl), Ozil (EVE)

Which one would you have chosen ?
