        ....starting to think in a similar way...why should I need to get 5th midfielder after all, it just makes it harder to get Kun back later. Just get Lukaku next week and continue playing 343 with Mahrez as the fourth mid. Right?

            Played for about 4 GWs with a 3-5-2 - worked pretty well for me, got points from a different '5th' mid every week.

            But now with Aguero out, switched back to a 3-4-3.

          True - I also rate ighalo pretty highly which is another factor. I just wouldn't take the hit now unless you expect to have to make multiple transfers next week too.

            He has 6.2m ITB and his defence is a mess. Prime opportunity to get an every week defender. Then he can sell one of his other expensive defenders in a month or so to Moreno if need be to get Aguero.

    @ Those who started the season with Kolarov or bought him at 5.5:

    Sell or keep?

    Reasons to keep: Could easily return to face NOR; Kompany should be back by then as well; there will be rotation if Clichy is fit but as was discussed in pre-season, the benched left back rarely comes on for cameos; if you already have capable subs for his rotation

    Reasons to sell: take the 0.3 profit now (useful for when Aguero returns); 5.5 too expensive for rotation threat; good opportunity to hop on another mid-to-premium defence (TOT, EVE, ARS)

      i got rid for bellerin for a hit, was the right move for the moment. I'm not sure it will be right for the future, i think he will play sometimes and do well as usual but the rotation option is a bit risky, especially in december you can imagine he and clichy swapping a fair bit.

    Is it madness to do Mahrez and Gomis to Vardy and Cabaye for a -4? I feel silly trading out Mahrez but seems like Vardy's the better LEI asset at the moment and I really need to get rid of Gomis...

          I have both and they have been great, Lei is such an attacking team so there's no worries about that until they slow down if they do. You are right about Cabaye though, I'm looking at possibly getting him myself in place for hazard in a cpl weeks. Hard choice, but maybe give them both one more week and see from there, it's good to avoid a hit if you still have a good player playing with a good chance to get something.

            so get vardy in for free and avoid the other transfer until next week, but again your call, if you have a gut feeling about cabaye this week go for it. I took a hit last week for bellerin and it paid off handsomely.

    I resisted to get Vardy until now as telling he is lucky and he will stop somewhere.. I did the same to Ramsey and Yaya two years ago and they ruined my season. Thankfully, there are other good options this season and I did well until now but Vardy still making me think!

    Would you try to fit Vardy into this front 8? If yes, how?

    My actual plan is to get Lukaku for Costa in GW11, keep Bony and Pelle until GW13 and switch to Martial and Aguero or somebody else according to form and injury situation.

    Don't particularly like my current front three of Martia,l Pelle, Ighalo, but it is the right GW to ship one of them (for a hit).
    Who to sell:

    a) Martial - disappointing returns, nice upcoming fixtures
    b) Ighalo - good budget option , but will never be prolific

    Who to buy:

    1) Vardy - better late than never
    2) Bony - temporary Aguero replacement, but away against Manchester United?

    Love sterling after this week.. Why not this week? Wijnaldum is clearly newcastles best player and the fixtures look good.
