Not Giroud and I'm not convinced with martial. If you do sell Aguero however, I'd be awfully tempted to take and extra step and take a hit selling Tadic for a city mid.
I like the Giroud punt. Not a Man U player
Problem with Giroud is that Wenger could deploy Campbell and Ox on either flank, leaving Walcott fighting for the forward position

Aguero is the obvious problem child in my squad but there's also the lingering doubt over Coutinho, and poor form of the saints (van Djik). I want to know if I should sell Aguero for Kane, or bench this week and play Alli as cover.

You really need to wait for the pressers with doubts over Coutinho and Aguero. The Pellegrine information is usually pretty reliable.
If both are out you clearly need to replace one. Most seem to expect Coutinho back soon but Klopp is going to be a master of misinformation at this rate.If both are out then one definitely has to make way.

In any scenario is be very comfortable playing Alli.
He's played twice at CAM, produced both games, and Newcastle are vulnerable to shipping big numbers.

Depends if you're an owner or not - I think there's a lot of bias in people's responses. I'm an owner, so bear that in mind - and I'd say he was very advanced but didn't really contribute that much to goalscoring opportunities, but it was of those games that he could still have walked away with a couple of assists but only if his team mates had been brilliant after he'd passed them the ball.

Benteke doesnt perform well as a starter. He's a supersub, nothing more. Klopp should see that Firmino would definitley start, and Origi has a decent chance of starting, although I'm hoping Firmino will get the false nine role.

That's only really true for smaller squads who don't have the players to rotate. Man U are more than big enough to cope.
and that's for Europe generally, Weds/Sat vs Thurs/Sun really isn't that different. If anything the travel distance might affect them more as you're more likely to play in russia/kazakhstan/Israel wherever but thats less likely in the knockout stages.
EL is really just a nice excuse for many clubs that scrap for it regressing. Nobody blames spurs' CL run for coming 5th the next year or Man U's CL run under Moyes for their league position either. Similar with Chelsea when they finished 6th.
Doesn't really seem like too much disruption. I would have thought their games v Arsenal, Man City would be on the Sunday anyway.
They have less time to prepare, especially if Utd draw eastern european teams

Any news about Smalling's injury? He continue to remain on the field, playing as attacker for the last 10min after a muscle tear.
