Mane & Pelle are my biggest trolls of the seaon.
Picked them in GW1, did almost nothing and when I ditched them in GW5/6, they went riot.
Brought them back with my GW9 WC, and what do I get? 1 goal from Pelle, and 1 goal + 1 assist + 1 RC from Mane.
And now I'm ditching them again. God knows when I'll bring them back.

If I'd have gone for Lukaku instead of Pelle in GW9 I'd be top of all my MLs now. Pelle did exactly the same last season as well - I'm avoiding like the plague from now on.Similar story.

#painfulisunderstatementDammit Pelle! My theory with Pelle is the way Soton play and his attributes as a player are not conducive to him scoring lots of goals.
He's not quick so he can't run in behind, and on top of that Soton play slowly and keep the ball, so the opposition are generally pretty deep in their own half when Soton have the ball. As such most of the chances are crosses to Pelle when he's directly up against the centre backs, which are much more difficult to score. See how many of his shots have been off target this season.
When Chelsea gave them space to counter attack they ran riot, but not many teams will do that, especially at home.Actually he's not doing THAT bad, just well below our expectation. Last season he got 12 goals and 6 assists, very decent for a rookie in both real life and FPL (a commendable 149 pts). Right now he already 6 goals and 5 assists in 15 GWs, so he can actually imporve his record.
Koeman always know how to utilize/play with a lone, big CF, just like Zlatan in his younger days at Ajax. Maybe BPL is too hard for him cause he's slow, plus he's not clinical enough (pretty wasteful), but I believe when he's on form he's not that donkey after all.They still create lots of opportunities for him to have shots, so he's going to score some goals, they're just lower quality chances, so it's important with him not to be too drawn in by his high shots in the box number. Because they're lower quality it's going to be rare that he goes big and gets double figures, so he's not a viable captain option either.

I'm thinking of sticking with my in form forwards, and captaining KDB who has good fixtures (SWA, SUN), when Kane home to Newcastle and Norwich.Problem is that City is completely dysfunctional with their injuries.
