We delve into the members’ data tonight and assess some of the key statistics from the Gameweek gone by. Stoke and Leicester’s weekend goal heroes arrive on our radar, whilst we also analyse Chelsea’s lack of end product, Aaron Ramsey’s central midfield display and the relentless displays of Watford’s top scorer.

Smalling injured too?
-
Mike yes. Chris no.
-
Yes.
-
-
Sturridguero
-
Akunamasturridge
-
-
Sturridge to Lukaku and lineup like:
Ozil - Mahrez - Silva - Gosling
Kane - Lukaku - Vardy
Thoughts?-
Missing odion can be crucial IMHO
-
-
To replace two injured players would you go:
A: Lukaku and Sterling
B: Silva and Deeney -
If they both were at the same price,
Silva or KDB?-
KDB
-
KDB
-
Silva
-
Don't know yet
-
Cheers, all.
-
-
Missed a stat out.
100 separate injuries for Sturridge since the start of the week -
Aguero > Ighalo is tempting.....
-
Isn't it too late for Ighalo; horrific fixtures after Sunderland
-
that's why I said tempting....must stay away from the transfer button
-
Still very cheap though
All the big teams are conceding too this season
-
-
-
Mane to KDB/Silva/Sterling
Or
Bolasie to Silva/Sterling
Need City attack-
you don't but bolasie to Silva IMO
-
mane to silva
-
-
Best 3 defenders of my 5 for the next Gameweek
Nyom Sun(a) - Azpilicueta Lei (A) - Bertrand Cry (A) - Kolarov Swa (H) Moreno WBA (H)-
Moreno and coin flip
Kolarov in danger of a rest now-
Currently feeling
Moreno - Nyom - Kolarov
-
-
nyom, Kola, moreno by far
-
-
I have to keep Aguero now don't I ?
So shall I do this ft tonight. Rojo to Tony.
Ben Watson plays if Aguero doesn't ..-
is Tony Toby's fat brother?
-
Good spot. Thanks mate. Yeah Toby!
What you think ?-
go ahead mate if no other pressing issues
-
-
-
I kept Aguero and did Williams to Toby
-
I'm worried about injury Thursday night ?
Yet so tight I wanna save 0.1 mill
-
-
-
Smalling - Lanzini - Sturridge
Boooooooooooo
4 point hit for me I think!-
How long is Smalling out for?
-
Not really sure. Most of the latest injury news I've missed because of the Scoutcast.
He was hobbling but carried on playing I believe as we were out of subs
-
-
smalling is doubtful now, right?
-
a year
-
-
Maybe Benteke if you want to gamble on Liverpool again?
-
Not sure I can put myself through it...
Origi? Firmino up front?
One thing is for certain I'll have Firmino for another week to my detriment no doubt. -
I think Andy did Aguero to Sturridge. Play it safe this time, I'd say
-
A post from Mark! Great scoutcast tonight, really liked the return of fantasy island risks.
-
I like that section too - gets you thinking about those differentials.
-
-
-
Unlucky. You're having a mare lately aren't you?
-
Yup! 😀
-
-
No rush there, only on Sturridge, Lanzini can solve benching headaches and Smalling is only doubtful
-
Yeah I have 4 decent enough defenders so Smalling could be benched.
-
Exactly, avoid the if possible
-
the hit
-
Lanzini and Sturridge need to go so hit is happening 🙂
-
-
-
-
-
-
Will Wenger start Walcott tomorrow, knowing Olympiacos will probably sit back?
-
I think he'll start Giroud and use Walcott as an impact sub
-
-
Rojo needs to go! What say you?
Butland
Moreno, Alderweireld, Kolarov
Özil, Eriksen, De Bruyne, Mahrez
Vardy, Lukaku, Kane
(Surman, Rojo, Richards)
a) Evans
b) Ward
c) Simpson
Cheers -
Have Kolarov and Bellerin In on Defense.
Who to put in as 3rd defender?
A) Dier (new)
B) Moreno (wba)-
Moreno is home. So him
-
Spurs home as well i believe
-
-
Moreno
-
look at the clean sheet odds but I'd go Moreno - attacking threat
-
-
Best Bournemouth mid/forward to bring in chaps?
-
Junior
-
Stanislas
-
no concern that Pugh may replace him? I'd go Stanislas too though
-
stan
-
Not Josh King? Money is no issue for me.
-
oop maybe but dont think he's any more attacking than stanislas overall. a little 0.4 saving and set-pieces too. also think murray poses a bigger threat to king than wingers do to stanislas
-
-
-
-
Mane to sterling.can't before kdb or silva without a hit
Yes or no.-
Afford
-
Maybe
Probably-
I'll take that as a yes.
-
-
-
So it's looking increasingly like Studge is injured again. I keep saying it, Sturridge is a waste of a squad place and a waste of a wage.
He's a decent player when fit but he's not the only player in the world that could score goals for Liverpool...
They need to get shut of him.-
-
Pffft. Sometimes it's just better if a player goes and you plan again. He would drive me mad.
-
-
So basically let him go
-
"Decent player". LOL.
-
Yep. A striker is judged on how many goals he scores. That's the bottom line.
-
-
A real shame. He is such a talent when fit but I beginning to think it's over for him - he's clearly broken as a top flight player. Not sure Hodgson will gamble on him even if there's a chance he's fit for the summer.
-
I don't know what Bill Shankly would have made of him...out the door by now I suspect. He has shades of Peter Thompson about him and look how Shankly turned on him.
-
-
-
Well if the Sturridge rumour is true my trannie looks easy. Studge->Lukaku. It's horribly dull though...
-
lukaku stays fit. so good move.
-
Exactly what I'm planning. Seems so boring though 🙁
-
Vardy and Kane as my other strikers
-
Ighalo and Kane here.
I think Vardy's legs will drop off soon,
-
-
-
Yes, but reassuring. I'm leaning towards Jonty's strategy of playing the averages. Must. Resist.
-
It's a strategy that has worked wonders for Triggerlips in previous seasons. But I just can't play like that. I'm hoping Walcott gives me some glory this week.
-
Guarantees top 20k , but where's the fun or skill
-
-
Come over to the dark side!
The punts are much more exciting when you only allow yourself a few.
-
-
-
Moreno or Toby to replace Rojo?
-
Did Pel say anything about Kun this evening?
-
no.
-
ta Jax
-
wait for team news friday.
-
I actually don't have him. Just trying to get a feel for whether he is close to return to see how much cash I might have to spend on a Rojo replacement.
-
-
-
-
-
Firmino to Mahrez? FT
Or keep Firmino since Sturridge is out? Mahrez has been killing me since I sold him.-
Do it
-
-
Anyone else think Sagna's days are numbered with the return of Clichy?
-
no cos Clichy's a left back.
-
Played RB this evening
-
apologies, didn't see the team
-
-
And played RB today better than Sagna did at the weekend.
-
-
Interesting move that - not sure if that hurts Kolarov for the weekend or not. TBH, Pellegrini can rotated Sagna and Clichy on the right or left so it's hard to say.
My feeling is he just wanted to get Clichy more minutes. -
Not really - he ought to be more wary of Zaba
-
Yeah could be.
-
not really, but he was particularly bad against stoke. arnautovic was his man for both goals
-
-
If Smalling and Darmian are injured for weeks it is not just their champions league which is over, but also their title hopes.
-
Maybe even top 4 hopes if it's for long
-
Title hopes?
-
Only because there are no real frontrunners so the title winning points total looks like being lower than usual. Liverpool were even being touted pre-Newcastle!
-
Just having a jest, love the grav. Nomnomnomnomnom.
-
I think we can all relate to the cookie monster 😛 I'm not a United fan btw, obv I want Leicester to win it all. Would be a great story.
-
-
-
-
lol @ ManU's title hopes 😆
-
and cleen sheet hopes 😉
-
For sure. DDG is so good he would probably get save points for his owners though.
-
-
-
I know Man Utd just don't score goals, but thoughts on Mané ---> Mata?
-
with their injuries all over the place, i'd stay well away.
-
Yikes. The two players I'm looking to get shot of, and Mata is the one I'm getting rid of first!
-
His only appeal was CS points, they are now far less likely 😆
-
Hahaha! When this is the case it's best to stay away!
-
-
Give Mane another week IMO.
Otherwise it's time to move on.
-
-
With Silva back, Yaya and Biny fit and Sterling with some form, a chance KDB might get his rest v Swansea??
-
I doubt it because Silva/Yaya probably won't be playing the full 90
-
Nope
-
Doubt it. Seems nailed on
-
Sterling will be in the hole behind Bony... 😉
-
Not when he got taken off so early tonight
-
-
Can't believe Ighalo is going to be moved even further down on the watchlist. Form of fixtures, he should be 2nd behind Lukaku.
-
Hi.....did Pelle give any further indication 're kun tonight?..
Can't see him making ir for weekend....-
Sorry....just read above..
-
We have to hold him now.
Just stay strong !
-
-
Is sterling an option again after tonight's showing.?
-
I'm definitely considering
-
-
Leaving Sturridge on my bench this week, not spending 4 more points on him. Got 4 defenders with plum fixtures so no benching headache. I'll assess the striker situation next week, maybe get Kun back or bring Kane in.
-
Best defender for the Xmas period? was gonna get smalling so no budget.
-
Spurs def i think, take your pick on Toby or Rose
-
Already have toby, would you double up with rose?
-
-
I'd go West Brom- Dawson or Evans. Want to get one of then back in myself over the coming weeks.
-
I have Dawson, not sure id want to double up.
-
-
Alderweireld. Tottenham keep it tight, have great fixtures and he's a good threat from set pieces.
-
Already have Toby, would you double up with rose or maybe vertonghen as a differential?
-
Ooh I'm not sure about that. Smalling just did his groin tonight so be glad you couldn't afford him!
I think you could take a punt on a Chelsea defender with their fixtures. See how they play tomorrow though.
