  Flopped a good chance early on but had a couple good shots saved. Deulofeu on the wing helping as more teams become aware of him more players get drawn away from the areas Barkley operates in.

    Cheers sif. Sounds like he had more license to get forward. When he does get forward, he makes great runs but I don't see enough of it usually. Hangs back too much for my liking. Do you reckon he's a good buy?

      I'm not sure how good know, I'm going more off stats than watching him, his positions is often key as he is in the box at the right time and the ball comes to him. I got him in for Payet when injured (stats were looking better than Deulofeu) and have been rewarded but understand he can be frustrating to own.
      
      Lukaku is key as If he keeps scoring Barkley will benefit. He's highly owned so If he scores well and your player doesn't it will hit your rank.
      
      I'm not certain about buying but over Xmas he's nailed on and Everton seem able to score against anyone.

    Agreed but have to take into consideration teams like Watford and Leicester don't have European football. Saturday to Saturday is a huge advantage. Also have minimal expectation.

        Cedric, I reckon. Saints are a complete mess (although Liverpool aren't far behind). And I prefer Lloris over Courtois, more chance of saves too.
