This afternoon we reveal the results from the final of the Members Cup VI and also find out which two Fantasy managers will compete in the final of the Fantasy Football Scout Cup XII in Gameweek 32.

In the Fantasy Football Scout Cup XII semi-finals Leon Harris defeated konman to set up a final encounter against Numb, who beat Tap in his semi-final by the narrowest of margins.

Numb needed overall rank to see him through after both he and Tap scored 84, thanks largely to their captaincy of Harry Kane. With an overall placing of 27,046, Numb out-ranked Tap’s 29,676.

In contrast, Leon’s victory was more straightforward thanks to his savvy use of the triple captaincy chip for Harry Kane. The Spurs man’s 48-point haul gave him a Gameweek 31 score of 100, which left konman’s very respectable 80-point total for dust.

Despite an overall rank of 2,842, Leon goes into the final as the underdog. After transferring out the injured Vincent Kompany for West Brom man Jonas Olsson in Gameweek 31, he only has one free transfer remaining. He has also used all of his chips, including the second wildcard.

In contrast, Numb, who already has two top-500 finishes in his six previous FPL seasons, has two free transfers, his second wildcard and two Chips (Triple Captain and Bench Boost) at his disposal. With the winner receiving £200 in Amazon vouchers, compared to £100 for the losing finalist, he may well decide to cash in one of his chips to give him an advantage rather than look to boost his overall rank of 27,046, by saving them for the upcoming double Gameweeks.

For Leon, his key differentials include Manchester City’s David Silva, who faces Bournemouth, and Arsenal’s attack-minded full back Hector Bellerin, who takes on Watford. Meanwhile, Numb has Yaya Toure as well as Mesut Ozil to call upon.

In the Members Cup final, the 17,771st-ranked Ola Svanheld defeated community veteran Rasping Drive by 83 points to 76. He earns a £200 Amazon voucher, while Rasping Drive, who is ranked 129,606, takes away a £100 Amazon voucher.

After using his triple captaincy on Harry Kane in the semi-final to good effect, Ola declined to use his remaining bench boost and second wildcard chips to achieve victory in the final. Assists from Gylfi Sigurdsson and Dimitri Payet proved the crucial difference for Ola, as both he and Rasping Drive captained Harry Kane and had the likes of Swansea skipper Ashley Williams cemented in their sides.

Congratulations to both our Members Cup finalists and good luck to Leon and Numb in Gameweek 32’s Fantasy Football Scout Cup XII final.

Can't believe I'm in the final of the Fantasy Football Scout cup after all these....

Oh no I forgot I went out in round 1 to Jonty 😕

That's my gw34 team, with Dann and Bolasie place holding for Smalling and Firmino.

    Problem is, the 0.0itb, that leaves me no room for Firmino price rises in between gw32-33. So Dann>Smalling looks safe to hold until gw34. But if Firmino was to rise before the eve of gw33, I wouldn't be able to afford him for Bolasie. So would your rather;

A: Put Bolasie in now and hope Firmino doesn't rise to maximise the dgws

B: Stick Firmino in now, forget Bolasie and gw33. ( This also takes 2 ft into gw34) with hopefully just Dann>Smalling to worry about.

Cheers, Rojo to Janmaat helps with that but then the problem is I'm losing double United defence and gaining double Newcastle defence that way

4 if I go option A above (Robles Lukaku Dann Bolasie)

        3 if I go B, same group - Bolasie

Hate being the guy that does this but has anyone bookmarked a post that tells optimum squad selection over the coming weeks to maximise DGW's without having blanks in GW35. There was this article http://www.fantasyfootballscout.co.uk/2016/03/16/the-double-gameweek-strategies/?utm_content=kuku.io&utm_medium=social&utm_source=twitter.com&utm_campaign=kuku.io but Everton Palace has been updated since then so I don't know if there is an update! Sorry!!!

So I'm tempted by a Lukaku triple (c) in 32 but somewhat put off by the fact that everyone will have the normal (c) on him anyways. Takes away some of the potential advantage over rivals. And the fun.

Wildcard active, no BB chip left, draft #1,000,000:

    Mignolet, Robles
    Darmian, Bellerin, Jagielka, Reid, Simpson
    Sanchez, Ozil, Coutinho, Antonio, Mahrez
    Aguero, Kane, Lukaku

    Any criticisms?

    With no hits I can have 3 DGWers in GW33, 11 in GW34, play 11 in GW35 and 8 DGWers in GW37

How many GW35 starters do you have in your wildcard teams ?

Very tricky for me, I'm only on 8-9...

FTs should build that to 11 with no injuries. Could play short and go harder in 33/34.

Problem is I would need to sell players with a blank GW35 but a DGW37 to get 11 out. Seems like a transfer waste.

But I think it could be ok to field just 10 players in GW35:

Think I need to take a -4 for GW35 which I dont mind as really it is only a -2. I want Mata for those 2 home matches (Only Man U attacker).

I could avoid it if I just keep Milner but fancy Barkley for his GW33 double. Already have Bolasie, Lukaku, Robles and contemplating Barks. He is the only mid I think will play both. I would prefer Lennon/Miralles tbh but worried about their gametime..

    On my WC currently.

Do whatever WG . This close to the end , throw stats out of the window and go with gut. A couple of - 4s along the way could turn into plus 16's . Risk reward and enjoy

The transition from gw34 to getting a full team out for gw35, while not removing players that have a dgw37 seems v tough.

Is anyone looking at drafting in sunderland players for gw 35?

I'd go for Mata instead. Surprised not many are opting for him
2 home games against AVL and CRY. Surely a goal and an assist written there. Add 2 points for clean sheet.
The only negative is that he blanks in GW35.

Anyone think Sturridge might just play both the games in 34?

I believe this due to the fact Woy has come out and said he needs to prove his fitness.

I've gone 24hrs without feeling the need to tinker!

Still unsure on going with or without Kun or Kane. Presently on Rojo and Kun rather than Smalling and Kane..

    Robles Elliott
    Bellerin Rojo Sakho Dann Simpson
    Sanchez Ozil Barkley Lingard Mahrez
    Aguero Lukaku Wickham
