The expectation and excitement is palpable as Jonty and Andy drop in to review Gameweek 32, before feasting on a smorgasbord of questions served up by you, the community.

We tackle the Leicester/Spurs exit plans, consider Sanchez vs Ozil, contemplate selling the imperious Payet and run the rule over double Gameweek strikers. We pack that and more into 75-minutes, reserving energies for further double Gameweek casts to come.

This episode was first aired live on our YouTube channel. Be sure to subscribe to get news of future live casts.

    A) Ozil + Martial

    B) De Bruyne + Mitrovic

    Already have Sanchez & Aguero.

Need some help lads, this tinkering is wrecking my head

Darlow, Sakho, Gabriel, Darmian and KDB

    Or

Migs, Bellers, Gabriel, Smalling and Mahrez

Too much risk in the first just to get KDB in or is it worth it?

I suppose the sensible thing is to go with the second one

I've decided to keep a sturdier more assured defence - I can't fit kdb in otherwise, although I think I prefer your 1st option

KDB is a risk. For me it comes down to if your winning or chasing ur mini league.

      If winning keep mahrez

    No Watford defenders anywhere ...
Everyone put off by their current form, I imagine, yet Palace haven't been much better. Watford have better DGW fixtures in GW34 (w brom, w ham), are at home to Villa in GW36, and have a second DGW 37 with reasonable fixtures (nor, liv), finishing the season at home to SUN.
    I might take a punt

Good point , but I guess most will be looking to bring in one of their defemders - or Gomes - for a FT in GW36.

  8. The Fantastic Mr Fox

    Rob - DDG
    Daniels(avl) Gabby Sakho Fuchs Saylor
    Sanchez Lanzini Payet KDB Mahrez
    Kun Lukaku Mitrovic
    2.8 itb

    Plan is,
GW34 - Daniels to Smalling, Lukaku to Martial; BBoost
    GW35 - Robles to Mignolet (10 starters in gw35)
    GW36, 37 - Get azpi and maybe 1 more for DGW37.

I can get 11 starters in GW35 without a hit if I bring in Smalling now itself. But i think Daniels has a better chance of cs (+ pen?) against Villa, than Smalling against spurs.
Or I can take a hit in GW35 to get Azpi and 11 starters. Since they face BOU in gw35, the hit will effectively be a -2 point loss.
In GW37, along with 7-9 DGWers, I will have Mitrovic and Saylor against AVL.

My main doubts r going in with no LIV mid and no Kane

    Thoughts?

I can with the 2.6 itb, but i won't have cash layer to do the transfers I want. I think Saylor is a great enabler plus he plays Villa in GW37

Isn't that a good thing? Pre 60 min sub is unlikely for Darmian. And post 60 min sub is always good for CS potential. especially since his attacking threat is low

If Ramsey is back his place is under threat and so he may not make it to GW 35. He's a young player, it's normal for them to have a little stint and then get taken out again. That's why I say short term yes but it depends on your transfer plans.

I'm alright. Don't get much time to get on here nowadays as I'm serving national service in the military atm. But, whenever I'm free, similar to you, figuring out how I can turn my 6 digit rank into a 5 digit one in the remaining weeks. 🙂

Yes. Watch the scoutcast. They make a good point that KDB may not get minutes in all games in GW34 and GW35 because of the champions league semi final timing....all assumes that they beat PSG in second leg of QF

I'm not very keen on 11 DGW-ers in GW37 so I will play them. Only CHE,SUN and LIV don't blank in gw35 and have a dgw later. That means trying for a set of 11 will affect the score in some other week.
One option is to sell either one of them to get a DGW-er, but CIty plays Swansea in the last game

Benitez talking up Cisse and Mitrovic. Wonder if he will play both or if they will be rotated?

Inspired by posts above.....would you rather have Lennon (4 games) or Iwobi (3 games) on WC?
    Rest of midfield:
    KDB, Sanchez, Payet, Coutinho

Would also mean dropping Gabriel for god knows who....

      Lennon and keep Gabriel

    DDG, Martial and Mahrez

    Or

    Darlow, Mitrovic and KDB

Second one allows me to field a full team in 35 assuming no injuries

Seems I missed the obvious choice, so no one is going for Lukaku or Aguero? - Is this because people are chasing in MLs and going for a differential?

aguero doesn't have dgw in gw 37.

Making the most out of my good TV. On WC, BB on 34.

    Foster, Robles
    Smalling, Bellerin, Gabriel, Sakho, Ward
    KDB, Sanchez, Coutinho, Payet, Mahrez
    Kun, Lukaku, Rashford

Having Gabriel and Rashford risky? I will probably save a FT for 34 and have 2 FTs in 35.

Now, if i've got this right i have:

    33 = 4DGW players
    34 = 14DGW players
    35 = 8GW players + 2 transfers (fielding 10 bar injuries eeeeeek)

    Migs Darlow
    Bellerin Jagielka Delaney Fuchs Sakho
    KDB Sanchez Lanzini Coutinho Barkley
    Aguero Lukaku Mitrovic

With 0.2 in the bank, so it's tight!

If I go without KDB I can have the following team.

    Robles. Darlow
    Smalling. Bellerin. Fuchs. Sakho. Ward

    Sanchez. Ozil. Payet. Bolasie. Lanzini

    Kun. Lukaku. Martial

    * funds in bank to turn Bolasie into Coutinho in gw34

Wasting too much on smalling imo. I would get de gea and a cheap everyone defender. Not a fan of lanzini and Sakho too. Also when was the last time bolasie scored or assisted ?

That does not matter much, since he is their biggest threat and was injured for quite some time. If i was to punt on a gw 33 player it would be him hands down.

I could have Clyne instead of sakho and Simpson instead of Fuchs.

If you want KDB badly you can just downgrade Sakho to Gabriel and upgrade ozil?

Also, consider doing Fuchs > Simpson which also gives you the funds for KDB.

            Bellerin > Gabriel
            Ozil > KDB
            Darlow > Cech ?

    which one:

    A. DDG + Sakho + Koscielny
    or
    B. Mignolet + Darmian + Bellerin
    or
    C. Mignolet + Clyne + Bellerin

    ??

    RMWCBBT please

    Robles, Darlow,
    Gabriel, Sakho, Clyne, Smalling, Simpson
    Sanchez, Payet, Coutinho, Lanzini, Iwobi
    Kun, Lukaku, Martial

    ITB: 0.9

smalling + gabriel --> bellerin + rojo? yay or nay?

do we have a consensus that rojo would play 60mins for both games?

What do you guys think of this WC team? Any obvious changes that need to be done?

    Mignolet - Ruddy

    Delaney - Fuchs - Bellerin - Gabriel - Simpson

    Payet - Lennon - Coutinho - Sanchez - Alli

    Kun - Lukaku - Martial

Trying to remain flexible and still field a decent side after the DGW madness.
