You'd have to laugh if you read some of the comments on here before the start of the season.
      - Relegation certainties
      - Ranieri first manager to be sacked

    Migs, Robles
    Bellerin, Gabriel, Simpson, Reid, TFM
    Sanchez, Payet, Coutinho, Mahrez, Townsend
    Kun, Sturridge, Carroll

Bellerin, Coutinho to PVA, Hazard for -4?

Have to do Bellerin move to afford Hazard. I figure I will be covering Arsenal v Villa on GW38 with Gabriel.

Also, I have both BB and TC to play, one of those who sadly did not activate chip on GW34. I am thinking BB this week and TC Sanchez next week.

    Any thoughts? Thanks.

The thing that everyone omits when making the Nottingham comparison is that Forest had the most richly essembled team in the league at the time including the first £1mm signing in Trevor Francis. Forest's great achievement was the 2 European cups, not the league

Trevor Francis didn't join until 2 years after they won the league. The comparison is to the 77-78 season when they won the league straight after gaining promotion,

To make a transfer or not? Better to save 2 for 38?

On Bench Boost this week and considering either Deeney/Lukaku-> Martial or Sanchez -> DGW mid (Which might be silly as I'd want him for 38).. Thoughts?

    De Gea* - Ruddy*
    Baines* - Cresswell* - Smalling* - PVA* - Kaboul*
    Sanchez - Hazard* - Fabregas* - Payet* - Lanzini*
    Lukaku* - Deeney * - Defoe*

If City reach to final sell Kun if not sell Kane right?

    1. Larry Legend

My mate who is a City fan says that Aguero will be worse off if they lose in the week, as their heads will be down. Not sure if he's right on that, but he has a point. Personally I think that selling Aguero is risky either way, could easily explode in either of his last 2 games.

      1. S.Kuqi

Its a risk but Arsenal isn't easy opponent and I can easily buy Kun back for last gw.

If you can buy him back then I think the risk is limited. Obviously depends if you have other issues though (injuries, rotation etc).

The CL final is 2 weeks after GW38. You don't have to sell Kun. Kane faces Newcastle and it could be another ugly affair again.

Such a tough break this week with my ML rival having Deeney & also Noble as first sub (aguero didn't play) so the gap has closed to a measly 16 points. I also had Darlow benched. Absolutely gutted.

Any advice on what to do this week? I still have TC left:

    DDG

    Fosu - Mensah / Cresswell / PVA

    Sanchez / Lanzini / Payet / Lingard

    Kane / Aguero / Sturridge

    Darlow / Gabriel / Bellerin / Mahrez

    1FT, 0.3 ITB

    Any thoughts really appreciated.

They way they defended so well against Arsenal, not surprised if it's a double clean sheet against manchester too! Getting a Norwich defender can be a great successful differential.

Very much like Hull last season when they might get 2 cs out off nowhere.

Well Watford has nothing to play for really, they almost lost against Villa if not for Deeney's last mins brace. Manchester's away record is not too good. Norwich does have a good chance. It's now or never for them.

    Rival (no chips):

    Morgan, Huth, Smalling, Bellerin, Williams

    DDG (Darlow)
    PVA, Simpson, Koscielny (Gabriel, Fosu-Mensah)
Payet (TC), Milner, Mahrez, Sanchez (Alli)

Rookie question.. If a player drops in price, does that always mean his selling value also drops? Cheers

If they're both odd/even, it affects you. If they're odd AND even, it doesn't.

Ok, I have KDB at SV = 10.3, so if he drops from 10.4 to 10.3 I'm good?

Sorry, what did you buy him for?

If you bought him at 10.3, and he's now at 10.4, with a 10.3 SV, then you'll be fine. SV will stay at 10.3.

SV is halfway between cost paid and current cost.

    Keep AGUERO or Kane?

Spurs wouldn't be down. This season for them is to prove how far they have come. I believe they will give 100% against S'ton. Plus he has golden boot to play for.

However, we can't afford not to have Kun for Swa game?
Sell Kun, keep cash itb and buy back ?

Selling the league's top 2 strikers seems to be very much in fashion..

If you don't have a forward line of
        Defoe - Carroll - Sturridge,
        you're screwed, apparently.

I have 14 DGWers and will be playing bench boost. Sanchez is the single.
But I have Coleman (who may be injured) and Coutinho and Lingard who I'm not keen on.

I could go Sanchez - Hazard and then reverse that for GW 38.
    Or I'm toying with
    Sanchez (keep) / Coutinho->Hazard (cap) / Coleman->Cresswell (4 point hit)
    Or
    Sanchez (keep) / Coutinho->Hazard (cap) / Coleman->Valencia / Lingard -> Noble (8 point hit)

Any suggestions (my mini-league depends on me getting this right). Should I upgrade Lingard? Gamble on Coutinho minutes? Any help at all. Current team:
    Robles; de Gea
van Aanholt; Smalling; Ivanovic; Coleman; Moreno
    Payet; Antonio; Coutinho; Sánchez; Lingard
    Borini; Costa; Sturridge

Why would people sell Kane or Aguero?? TBH there are no great alternatives even given the DGW. You do have a 3rd striker slot which Carroll/Lukaku/Martial could easily fit into
