Pretty big dilemma here.. So I'm three points ahead of H2H rival and at 1.6k. I'm about 200 points ahead of my rival on GD so as long as I win one of my two remaining games, the €130 is mine.

But the thing is, my opponent next week has BB and is realistically going to play it next week because he's got 14 WC players.

Do I:

A: Play TC GW37 in an attempt to get as a high a score possible that will help me get top 1k but possibly still lose to my H2H opponent regardless.

OR

B: Play TC GW38 to strengthen my chances of beating my GW38 opponent but possibly choosing a poor option and wasting the chip.

Woke up to a smallest of green arrows with -8. I will take that any day. On the other hand, my ML leader cut my lead to 12 points... I think i am losing the league since he has BB over me... Sad times.

Cant wait for the Europe games to be over, so i can sell Coutinho for Haz. Kane stays currently, but would like to get Vardy or Deeney...

        Na, I filled the void with other stuff 🙂 I don't see myself getting back into it. I stopped following football as well for the first seaoson in over ten years. Just hear about it from mates and the odd Monday morning browse of the sports section.'

        Wow, not sure I could make that change. I guess it helps living overseas but even so, I'd be bereft without football to follow (that's not really a great admission is it?)
        
        My season has ticked over pretty well - nothing spectacular but I'm top 5k and have been there or thereabouts for quite a while. Probably should have been looking at top 1k but my GW33 wildcard and subsequent weeks have been pretty poor. Overall a 7/10 performance I think.

        Top 5k is pretty good, just a shame that you couldn't push into the top 1k and get a rank that makes the season that little bit sweeter!
        
        If you stopped following football and playing FPL, I'm sure that you'd experience the same as me and find that you feel like you need to fill the void with something else. I chose to fill it with altruistic activities, and I think it was a decision I should have made longer ago.

  So blown away by all the Hazard kneejerkery going down on here. Forget him. On the bench last night, two tricky away games and a season of overwhelming underachievement. All the warning signs are there.
