    GW38 = rotation central

Wait for pressers then hope you aren't affected much.

The key will to get zero minutes out of your starters who are on the bench so you can get possibly some luck off the bench versus cameos. Still....possibly quite a few teams with something left to play for could be less costly in FPL.

The zero minute players are usually the really boring ones though

Cameos from Ramsey and Giroud screwed me last year. So little certainty and the pressers won't give anything away

For those teams that have nothing left to play for, and those who have other things to play for (EL, FA Cup) sure.

I've chosen players who have incentives. Going into the final weekend that will still be true in nearly all cases.

If Newcastle are down I'll prob do Townsend -> Tadic

Carroll + Firmino -> Giroud + Tadic. For free. I have the EXACT money. It's fate, right?

Arsenal could be playing MK Dons and I wouldn't transfer Giroud in. Tadic seems a good shout, but I'd look elsewhere for a forward punt.

Sensational moves imo. Arsenal capable of ripping Villa a new one, and Giroud doesn't have to play like Messi- just had to be Jonny on the Spot a couple times.

Goals from Firmino and KdB and 0 points from Milner+Sturridge has almost lost me my ML.
A goal from Payet(tc) and one more no show from Milner/Sturridge(have Sanchez as first bench) is my only hope. Roll on midweek.

If Martial recovers what are the odds he will play in GW38? I am planning on using my FT on Coutinho to Tadic, but if Martial looks set to miss out, maybe take a hit and bring in Rashford or Rooney.. sadly already have 3 ARS or would've gone Giroud.

If fit surely he will play. Could be a ridiculously massive game for United last day of the season if they take care of West Ham midweek. Either way, I think Rashford could be a great punt for 38.

I know I haven't been on here as much in the past few weeks but it really feels like the nostalgic lull of the last week of school. After next Sunday there will be no more Premier League football, no more FPL. Milner and Sturridge OUT for Mane and Long seem to be the best moves for GW38, right?
But that leaves me with 2 Chelsea midfielders for their game against the Champions. Might get Ozil for one of them if he's fit, or Mahrez back for one last hurrah.

So KDB has 7 goals and 10 assists in 24 matches.

At this rate he would've got 11 goals and 16 assists if he played 38 matches

Any 10ish mids a reliable captaincy option? Gotta spend the money somewhere. Can't help but always feel Alexis is not a great captaincy shout...so boom or bust he seems to go on long run of blanks for fun...

True many of them aren't this year but this season is a bad example

Hazard, Sanchez are usually more reliable but you'd be expecting to (C) the likes of Aguero/ Kane most weeks

Yeah, it's been a weird one with captaincy. Felt like by the time we got the gumption to back Mahrez as cap is when he went off the boil and largely stopped returning. Can't remember may great midfield captaincy weeks this season personally. Hopefully that will change next year.

It's been his achilles heel for a few years now. Those low diving near posts as he's gotten on doesn't seem to be able to get low enough and generate enough power to lunge and cover it these days. That said, he's still a top class keeper who has won Arsenal more points than not this season in my opinion.

Model of consistency that boy is. Thinking he might be a great GW1 pick to just set and forget...although we all know how that goes. Best laid plans and that...but he does seem to just unceremoniously finish as a top 4ish midfielder on points total every single season.
