Kyle Walker (£6.0m) is the headline World Cup Fantasy for England ahead of their first game of Russia’s finals.

The Manchester City wing-back has become one of the most assured of starts in Gareth Southgate’s back-three, as a makeshift centre-back.

His importance to the Three Lions has convinced a tenth of World Cup Fantasy managers to sign him for Gameround 1.

Jesse Lingard (£7.5m) is the next most-popular in 6.9% of squads with expensive forward Harry Kane (£11.0m) in 6.6%.

With selection a possibility in midfield and attack, Dele Alli (£9.0m) and Raheem Sterling (£9.0m) are both before four percent ownership.

The most popular player in Tunisia’s ranks is striker Ahmed Kalil (£4.5m), who is not expected to get much game-time Russia. However, four percent of managers have opted to use him as a budget enabler.

Meanwhile, left-back Ali Maaloul’s (£4.5m) three assists in qualifying and recent friendlies has one percent including him on a punt.

RLC and Rashford have looked great. We have options from the bench.

    Kane for the golden boot!!

England learning why set pieces are so important. Like the glory years - when we kept making QFs. Beckham set pieces and Owen goals on the counter attack. Get Allardyce back - he'll give us set piece routines to beat Brazil!

I don't think he even saw Kane there. It was a cheeky goal, poor defending from Tunisia not to put a man on instead deciding on 2 at the post

yep definitely. Stretches the opposition back line when your full back hugs the touchline and goes line instead on constantly inside

            This.

Played some decent stuff tonight. Not really an England fan (Netherlands fan) but thought they looked ok tonight and played some nice stuff in 1st half.

Tunisia played virtually the whole second half holding on for the point, got what they deserved for total lack of offensive intent.

Courtesy of BBC. Not sure it is a fact. Still, fair play to england. we go in competitions with not much hope from supporters and delight if we achieve anything. Seems for many in England their goose is cooked before the bird is even dead.

Panama can be quite dirty at times, especially when things aren't going their way, so England will have to be wary of that

At least they probably won't have to deal with bad Concacaf refereeing
