Benched FPL defenders ruthlessly punish owners

Fantasy Premier League managers were taught a lesson in choosing which defenders to bench in Gameweek 19.

Two options were ruthless in their punishing of owners who left them among the substitutes.

Their exploits are among our Scout Notes from Everton, Spurs and Crystal Palace’s latest matches.

Burnley 1-5 Everton

Lucas Digne (£5.0m) reminded the Fantasy football of the excellent value he can offer this season. Despite Everton failing to keep a clean sheet for the sixth match in a row, the French left-back picked up a whopping 17 points for those of his owners who opted to start him. That came from two goals, one another excellent direct free-kick, the other a rasping shot from range. Digne’s first effort established him as the first-choice taker ahead of Gylfi Sigurdsson (£7.3m).

However, it would appear that the Icelandic international remains on penalty kicks, despite his recent troubles from the spot. It was he who stuck away a first-half penalty after Ben Mee (£4.7m) had handled the ball. It is worth pointing out though, that some were expecting Richarlison (£7.0m) to assume responsibility for spot kicks after Sigurdsson’s most recent miss, but he was given the afternoon off from starting the match.

While Richarlison’s benching was frustrating for his owners, especially with Everton turning on the style and making up for their 6-2 defeat to Spurs by racing into a 22-minute 3-0 lead. However, the Brazilian made up for it by coming on and scoring as a second-half substitute, although lost one point for taking his shirt off in celebration. The fact that he still managed attacking returns and got a rest in the bank is probably a good thing for Richarlison’s owners, as he will now almost certainly start the Gameweek 20 trip to Brighton.

“As you know, it is a busy December. They are humans, they are not machines. It is hard for them to play all the matches and a game every three days. We have to manage their physical condition and Richarlison has been playing almost every minute of every game and we have different solutions so we can manage this situation. I know how important he is for us but the others are working hard as well. He had a difficult week last week, he was sick and then played a difficult game against Tottenham and it wasn’t his best performance and we had some problems. I am here to manage his physical condition.” – Marco Silva

Dominic Calvert-Lewin (£5.3m) has now started Everton’s last three Premier League matches in the centre-forward role, twice shifting Richarlison to the left-wing and displacing him in the starting XI entirely at Turf Moor. Furthermore, the young striker has actually registered a goal or an assist in each of those three appearances, scoring at the Etihad Stadium in Gameweek 17 and turning provider in each subsequent match for Everton. Calvert-Lewin was substituted in the 66th minute against Burnley so could easily retain his starting berth in Gameweek 20.

Marco Silva went with a 3-4-2-1 formation for Everton, reverting to three at the back, after their four-man defence was ripped to shreds by Spurs on Sunday afternoon. That meant full-90 minute spells for Michael Keane (£5.0m), Kurt Zouma (£5.0m) and Yerry Mina (£5.4m), the latter getting his first Premier League goal for the Toffees.

There was no room in the travelling squad for Ademola Lookman (£5.1m) as he was unable to play. That allowed forgotten man Oumar Niasse (£5.0m) a rare inclusion as an unused substitute.

“He wasn’t able to play. Let’s see in the next few days. He hasn’t started training with the team yet. It is possible for the next match but it won’t be easy but let’s see about the other one.” – Marco Silva

As expected, Dyche went with the 5-3-2 which saw Burnley able to cause Arsenal problems in Gameweek 18 but had significantly less success this time around. That said, the Clarets actually recorded a higher expected goals score in this game than Everton, suggesting either they were unfortunate to be beaten so heavily, or simply made too many mistakes at the back. Sean Dyche certainly admitted it was an awful performance.

“We didn’t deserve anything today. Credit to them, they started well. They had a tough result the other day but started well, with energy.” – Sean Dyche

Johann Berg Gudmundsson (£5.7m) finally returned from injury at Turf Moor, coming on for Jeff Hendrick (£5.3m) in the second half. Meanwhile, Matt Lowton (£4.6m) earned himself a one-match ban for picking up his fifth yellow card of the season, in his first start since Gameweek 14.

Burnley XI (5-3-2): Hart; Taylor, Gibson (McNeil 63′), Mee, Tarkowski, Lowton; Hendrick (Gudmundsson 63′), Cork, Westwood; Barnes, Vokes (Wood 73′).

Everton XI (3-4-2-1): Pickford; Zouma, Keane, Mina; Digne, A Gomes (Gueye 75′), Sigurdsson, Coleman; Bernard (Davies 80′), Walcott; Calvert-Lewin (Richarlison 67′).

Crystal Palace 0-0 Cardiff City

Just as was expected, there was a welcome Crystal Palace clean sheet at Selhurst Park on Boxing Day. It seemed inevitable that the Eagles would be able to shut out the Premier League’s lowest scorers away from home this season in Cardiff. Indeed, Roy Hodgson’s men emerge from Gameweek 19 with only the top five boasting better defensive statistics in home matches, just eight goals conceded in front of their own fans in 2018/19.

That meant that anyone who gave Aaron Wan-Bissaka (£4.3m) a rare start were rewarded, and those who benched him were punished. He picked up bonus points to go with the 0-0 draw, once again highlighting his exceptional Fantasy value. Also securing additionals were goalkeeper Vicente Guaita (£4.2m) and Patrick van Aanholt (£5.4m).

Former Getafe and Valencia shot-stopper Guaita is slowly building a case for inclusion in our squads. He made an excellent stop after some miscommunication between Mamadou Sakho (£4.9m) and James Tomkins (£4.3m), which endeared him to Hodgson even further. This was Guaita’s third consecutive start with Wayne Hennessey (£4.5m) still absent with a back problem, and in that time he has averaged five points per game. Given his price point, and if he can hold his place, anyone looking to invest in Crystal Palace defence, who doesn’t already own Wan-Bissaka, may find him to offer even better value. However, there are some tricky fixtures on the horizon for the Eagles with Chelsea and Watford the next two visitors to Selhurst Park, as well as trips to Wolves and Liverpool upcoming.

“All the time it’s 0-0 you’re never safe and a long punt down the field, a mistake from Mamadou [Sakho] trying to cushion the ball to Tomkins gives them a clear-cut goal chance so we have to thank our goalkeeper for keeping a clean sheet.” – Roy Hodgson

Andros Townsend (£5.8m) continued to prove his attacking threat and was unlucky not to score a second goal in as many matches when he hit the crossbar early on. The Englishman remains Wilfried Zaha‘s (£6.7m) strike partner, as Hodgson went back to 4-4-2 after experimenting with a 4-5-1 at Manchester City in Gameweek 18. As predicted, the only change to the side was the return of Cheikhou Kouyaté (£4.7m) who came back in for Jeffrey Schlupp (£4.4m), with Hodgson’s options still limited in his mind.

Callum Paterson (£5.2m) was the most notable absence from Cardiff’s squad as they set up with a 5-4-1 formation. Reports in the media suggest the Scottish utility man was ruled out with a knee injury but should be fit in time for the Gameweek 20 trip to Leicester City. Bobby Reid (£5.2m) filled the void and got his first start since Gameweek 11.

Lee Peltier (£3.8m) also made his first start since Gameweek 6, although he is unlikely to be a regular fixture in the Cardiff side. Neil Warnock’s decision to 5-4-1 appeared to be to smother the Crystal Palace attack, which has struggled in home games this season. Peltier operating at right-back still allowed the versatile Bruno Ecuele Manga (£4.4m) to tuck inside as the third centre-back.

Neither manager was particularly concerned with managing minutes ahead of Gameweek 20. Just three of a possible six substitutions were made in the game with two of them coming in stoppage time, Warnock’s only changes of the afternoon.

Crystal Palace XI (4-4-2): Guaita; van Aanholt, Sakho, Tomkins, Wan-Bissaka; Meyer (Wickham 63′), Milivojevic, Kouyaté, McArthur; Townsend, Zaha.

Cardiff City XI (5-4-1): Etheridge; Bennett, Bamba, Morrison, Ecuele Manga, Peltier; Hoilett (Arter 90+2′), Ralls, Camarasa (Gunnarsson 90+1′), Harris; Reid.

Tottenham Hotspur 5-0 Bournemouth

Tottenham ensured Bournemouth got the thrashing their recent defensive data promised as they scored five times at Wembley.

It was continued success for Son Heung-min (£8.6m) who has now scored 36 points in his last two appearances for Spurs. Crucially, that is 15 more points than the 21 accrued by Harry Kane (£12.5m). Owners of the English centre-forward might have hoped for more in such a one-sided win for Spurs, but it was another performance in which he underwhelmed statistically. Kane had just two efforts on goal, just one of them taking place in the penalty area. Although Son actually registered the same number of each but managed to score with both of his efforts.

While the South Korean has posted enviable scores in both of Spurs’ devastating wins, the question might still remain over his likelihood of start in Gameweek 20. Several competitors for his place in the side were not involved with Erik Lamela (£6.2m) an unused substitute and Dele Alli (£8.9m) left out as a precaution after picking up a knock at Everton. However, this was the second match in a row in which a well-established lead in the game allowed Mauricio Pochettino to manage Son’s minutes. He came off in the 78th minute at Goodison Park and after 87 minutes against Bournemouth. Kane was also given the last 15 minutes off as Oliver Skipp (£4.5m) came on for his fourth Premier League appearance of the campaign.

“Two words. Un-believable. What can I say, Sonny is doing a fantastic job for the team. After November he had a rest and was here trying to recover his best and I think he is doing fantastic. He started his fantastic run against Chelsea and until today he is doing a fantastic job for the team. I hope he can keep that level but you know in a few weeks he is going to be away from Tottenham because he needs to go with his national team to Dubai to play the Asian Cup.” – Mauricio Pochettino

There was some frustration for owners of Kieran Trippier (£6.1m) who was left on the bench, as Pochettino rotated his side. In his place, Kyle Walker-Peters (£4.2m) was the surprise star of the show as he registered a total of three assists. Keeping a clean sheet too, the right-back accrued a massive Gameweek 19 score of 18 points. Whether he becomes a regular fixture in the side is uncertain, with Trippier likely to come back in for Gameweek 20, but the 21-year-old certainly has promise for the future.

“It’s no surprise to me (that Walker-Peters did so well). I told you after the match in Barcelona that we really believe in him and he has amazing quality and only needs time to mature and show his quality. I’m so pleased, so happy because I think his quality is going to help the team this season and for the future, he’s going to be a very important player for Tottenham.” – Mauricio Pochettino

There was a return to the side for Juan Foyth (£5.0m) after missing the last three Premier League games. He was able to slot in at centre-back alongside Toby Alderweireld (£6.0m) and allow Davison Sánchez (£5.8m), who played against Everton, to get a rest on the bench.

The 5-0 scoreline does tell more of a one-sided story than it should have done. According to the expected data, Bournemouth should have scored at least once, with the Cherries boasting the most creative and most threatening players in the match. No player had more efforts in the penalty area than Junior Stanislas (£6.0m), playing in a number 10 role behind Callum Wilson (£6.8m). Meanwhile, Ryan Fraser (£6.3m) back in the starting line-up after a Gameweek 18 benching, created more chances than any other player, four more than Christian Eriksen (£9.3m).

Simon Francis (£4.4m) was forced off in first-half stoppage time and could be out for a substantial period according to Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe.

“It doesn’t look good, it appears to be serious”. – Eddie Howe

Meanwhile, Jefferson Lerma (£4.5m) came close to collecting ten yellow cards before even the five-booking deadline had passed. He fell just one short in the end, picking up his ninth of the season in the 5-0 defeat Bournemouth. That is a truly incredible effort, considering he was not involved in four of the first 19 Premier League fixtures of the campaign. In fact, the Colombian has averaged a booking every 143 minutes in 2018/19.

Tottenham Hotspur XI (4-2-3-1): Lloris; Rose, Alderweireld, Foyth, Walker-Peters; Winks, Sissoko; Son (Llorente 88′), Eriksen (Davies 84′), Moura; Kane (Skipp 77′).

Bournemouth XI (4-4-1-1): Begović; Daniels, Aké, S Cook, Francis (D Rico 45+3′); Fraser, Lerma, Surman, Brooks (King 74′); Stanislas; Wilson (Mousset 67′).

Stats are looking slightly better for attacking returns. I was tempted to downgrade, but I'm holding on a little longer now.

Who are you planning to captain more Salah or Kane? Ditch the other one, not worth their cost without regular captaincy.

  3. How should we assess the 'template team'?
    Ginkapo FPL

Is there a myth surrounding the "template" thats going unnoticed?

Early in the season the template serves to act as a good guide as to what the majority are doing and is helpful in allowing a manager to maintain pace with the pack. As we progress though, you do have to wonder, is the template more of a record of past performance and less of an indicator for future performance? I think a lot are sticking rigidly to the template which will always keep you a week behind. My suggestion would be to release the shackles and make your own way by looking at who is going to score in the upcoming weeks, rather than those who have scored.

City are a good point for this at the moment. Sterling and Sane are being ditched because they havent scored well recently. Now this may be a shrewd move or it may not, however, the reasoning that they have scored well recently is entirely irrelevant to fantasy transfers. The real questions is whether Southampton (A), Liverpool (H), Wolves (H) and Huddersfield (A) is a run of games where you think Pep will turn things around and these guys will deliver again? I dont know the answer to this, I know my answer and will act accordingly. The template wont help answer this question, only you can do that by looking forward rather than back.

What do we think, should the template be given far less credence at the half way stage of the season onwards?

Problem with Sterling & Sane is they are less owned. If they start hitting it again can get them back. But having them stopped me owning salah who is killing it right now.
      So just gone safe.

I think people will regret selling Sterling and Sané. Man City are still an amazing team, full of goals but short on confidence. I expect them to blitz Southampton (which hurts to say as a Saints fan). Those selling him are likely investing in Salah/Hazard/Son who are all great picks but my view is that City will remind everyone how good they are over the next few games.

disagree, so you are saying sterling and sane will outperform those 3 over next 4?.

I think if anything its 50/50 and playing safe would be owning one city asset rather than 2. Sane for me its best option since delph is red carded and mendy is out so he is the only option for city on the left.

I own Sterling but also Hazard, Salah, Kane and Auba so i don’t feel the need to shift Sterling. I believe City will bounce back against Southampton and those selling City assets will regret it.

I completely agree with this. I’ve mentioned a fair few times on here that I decided to go against “group think” a few weeks ago having consolidated my position in the top 50k all season by sticking to the template team. I moved all funds from defence and invested in the big 5 (Kane, Auba, Sterling, Hazard and Salah) which has worked well and meant I’m not dodging hauls every week. I think staying ahead of the curve is what separates good from great FPL managers. Of course sometimes thinking differently can spectacularly backfire 😉

This is a great season when it comes to "template"

So many options doing well, many formations etc...

I try to use "template" information to get enough differentials, and to avoid getting bored...

Basically I don't care about templates. I think that the likes of Hazard, Salah and Son will outscore Sane and Sterling over the next 3-4 GWs. Then it's time for me to reassess.

City are more of a minefield than they have ever been now. Sterling can now be benched and come on, all the mids are now fit so who knows who plays and who gets points. Jesus got a brace at just the wrong time for a fantasy Kun perspective. The defence are shipping goals for fun.

As someone who got Mancititis a few weeks ago I know I'm now tired of it. I'm happier with the talismen of Kane, Hazard and Salah right now and to be honest Auba scares me more than City players. I've only got a modest rank of 60k odd but holding an ML lead - if chasing City are of course worth getting on or staying on right now.

Going template early (or just having good initial picks, which become the template) builds transfer value. Allows more room for 'essentials' plus maverick choices later.

I agree with this fully. This is exactly why I'm reluctant to drop premium assets when their performances and underlying stats are still good. I've been stung too many times in the past, and see too many stung for the same reason.

Right now, I'd love nothing more than an in form Hazard in my team. Sané's had a blank couple of games. The easiest thing to do would be to switch... but Sané's underlyings are still good, so I'm holding off.

Another example from this GW actually: I've been impressed with Pereyra for weeks. Finally got the chance to bring him in, but it was between him and Richarlison. Head (and crowd) was telling me to go with Richarlison because he's the more owned, better fixtures, etc... but then the rest of me was saying Pereyra because of his great stats and slight differential nature compared to Rich. In the end, I went with Pereyra, a decision that paid off.

While I occasionally miss out on hauls, I'm having more success doing this than I ever was by following the crowd. So sure, the template is a great guide especially early on, but if you really want to climb, you need to play a high-risk, potentially high-reward strategy as the season progresses.

And sometimes high-risk means sticking with a premium who hasn't done much in the last few weeks.

The T word doesn't have much meaning after the first few months... feels like there's about 30 players (maybe fewer?) that make up the core of the top 10k template and this pool of players doesn't seem to vary much week by week but the TSB% within the pool just fluctuates based on who scored well the previous gameweek. Maybe a few bandwagons thrown in now and then but it's pretty meaningless at this point...

Is this two questions in one?

Sterling and Sane are rotation risks and City are not clicking at the moment. The fact is that Hazard and Salah are the only decent attackers on each of their teams and everything goes through them. If City rediscover their form then the two are an easy transfer back.

As for the template, usually there are three or four bargains at this point of the season who form the base of a template. Perhaps only Doherty is template this year, making it a cracking FPL season with so many options.

Rank aside, this game is far more boring if you just endlessly points chase with the masses. Isn’t it about trying to predict for yourself? Kudos to people who got Pogba in for Cardiff, for example.

Worked really well for me when I jumped on Anderson, Pogba and Rashford before their imminent great run of games. Helped me storm up the league.

But sterling needed to go. He’s a rotation risk and Man City as a team are simply not performing. Meanwhile hazard is in a purple patch.

I think earlier in the season there was a template team - a steady group of players who were the stand-our pick in their position, with little alternative options crying out for attention.

What has happened in the last 4-5 gameweeks though is that the template has shattered - new players have come on form (notably Kane, Aubameyang and a host of man united assets). Meanwhile, previously reliable players (like aguero and Alonso) have faded badly.

As a result, there is much more choice and diversity now than 10 gameweeks ago. Arguably therefore, we are experiencing a non template period of the season.

I don't give credence to it at any stage of the season, let alone half way.

I'm not even sure what the term means. Are Hazard, Salah, Auba, Kane, Sterling, Pogba all template? Well guess what, there's no one who owns all of them. It's just beyond the budget. So what even is the template right now?

And why does it matter early in the season? Early in the season, we're all less knowledgeable about who the best picks are. We are the least knowledgeable in GW1. So may as well think individually, watch the games and make your choices.

To me, it's always been an overused term and I don't think anyone is sure what it means. This season has been anything but "template" to worry about who everyone else owns because there have been so many good picks across all positions (well, except maybe GK).

Thanks for writing this so I didn't have to 🙂

To add to the riska and reward conversation: if the risk of deviating from the common players early in the season carries more risk (than not deviating), it naturally carries a higher reward too.

So if you make the good decisions, lady luck will reward deviation with green arrows and punish devation with red. There's no natural balance towards loss when you are taking risks unless the odds are against you (i.e. you are making worse decisions than other managers, regardless of how deviant their team is from anyone else's), but if you're chosing players you think will do poorly, you're doing it wrong.

If your decisions are better than others, you will get better reward over the course of 1000 seasons than those who didn't deviate. Whether or not that comes to fruition over the course of 38 gameweeks is down to happenstance, but you just have to get yourself the best chance for the highest return, regardless of whether you are deviating from the crowd (or your ML rivals) in anyway.

Ownership only comes into play in very specific circumstances with specific goals, right at the end of the season, and usually with a small set of players (e.g. ML rivals), in my opinion.

I agree. I have been taking stock of this season so far and the biggest two mistakes I've made are making transfers to build TV and prioritising highly owned players to cover their output.

Son encapsulates this perfectly, didn't bring him in in wildcard as I wanted to keep Richarlison covered and high ownership was so low. I didn't expect he'd be so prolific but I did fancy him as an out of position mid, and a good way to cover Kane (as I'd opted for Auba), but in the end ignored all spurs mids.

      Template is doing well IMO:

      Fabianski - (Hamer)
      Alonso - Robertson - Doherty - Digne - (AWB)
      Salah - Hazard - Richarlison - Anderson - (Camarasa)
      Kane - Jimenez - (Kamara)

That team would have scored you 79pts this GW with Salah(c) and Fab and Anderson to play. Annoying with 8 AWB pts on the bench, but it is a good bench.

Last GW with Salah(c) it would have scored 60pts.

Afternoon all. Would you mind choosing which one from the below to fill the gaps please? On a WC. Other alternatives welcome. Thanks.

    Fabianski - Speroni
    TAA - Digne - AWB - ______ - _____
    Son - Pogba - Salah - Haz - ______
    Kane - Kamara - _______

    A) Bednarek + Lovren + Pereyra + Rashford (352)
    B) Doherty + Lovren + Camarasa + Rashford (442)
    C) Bednarek + Lovren + Richarlison + Jimenez (352)

I've being coming up with all sorts of outlandish multi-hit transfer options over the past two days (a double Sterling - Sane removal, dropping Kane to fund Salah, chasing Son's old points etc.). However, after all that, I'm simply going to do Kolasinac to Holebas for free.

Sometimes it's better to let the heat die down, forget about price changes and avoid getting into a knee-jerking situation of hit taking.

I am just pissed with some of my asset. Just can't stand them anymore. Any point taking a bit to bin undesirable elements?

        Elderson, Ryan.
        Alonso, Robertson, Laporte, Digne, AWB.
        Salah, Sane, Martial, Richarlison, Perrya.
        Wilson, Chicharito, Ronson.

I just want Kane. Only 1FT, and 0.2 itb.
        A. Bin Sane, Wilson, Ryan for Kane(C) +fodder+fodder @ -8 hit?
        B. Hold on for next week and reduce hit to -4?

Slow down. Lets start with a couple of questions:

Who do you want that you dont have other than Kane?

          Fabianski - Hamer
          Alonso - Doherty - Digne - Robertson - AWB
          Salah - Richarlison - Anderson - Brooks - Obiang
          Kane - Auba - Rashford

          1 ft. 1.2 itb.

          Lloris ( Steele)
Coleman, Van Dijk, Arnold trent. (Chilwell,Bennett)
          Sane,Alli,Pogba,Lingard, Anderson.
          Aubameyang,Firmino. (Success)

I sold Sterling last round. I replaced telling and Højbjerg with Pogba and Lingard. But it has left me with one less premium asset. And i dont have many to begin with. My option is to Get in Kane or Salah. So firmino out for sure. Pluss eighter Sane or Alli.

          A. Sane, Firmino out for Kane and 7,4 mill midfielder.
B.sane, Firmino out, Salah and 6.7 mill forward.

Anyone considering De Bruyne? Had 2 FT's and made the Sterling to Pogba switch last night, so can upgrade Brooks to Sane or KDB for free.

I brought him in last week and transferred hi out this week. Too early I think.

Amazing player but plays very deep so although he will still score well I don't think he justifies the price, the regular haul potential isn't there.

            Proper stuck here.

            Fabianski, 4m
            Alonso, Trent, Digne, Zanka, AWB
            Hazard, Sterling, Eriksen, Anderson, Richarlison,
            Wilson, Mitro, Jiminez

            2FT's, £1.4mn ITB

The players I want in my team are Salah, Kane, Son, Pogba and Martial.

I am still reluctant to lose Sterling. Eriksen is really starting to show series form so I am loathe to lose him now to accomodate Son or Kane, when it could easily be his turn next to haul.

I want Mitro out but he faces HUD next.

Shall I just do Zanka to Peltier (£3.8MN) to leave me with £2MN ITB or has anyone got a better suggestion?

            Thanks

Alonso > Pereira hold? Not sure how much you’d have itb. What £ would you have + Wilson.

                  2.9 itb? Eriksen enough.

So maybe not a great move taking him out. I shipped him out for Richarlison and already regret it

Just added Pogba and Lingard at the expense of Hazard and Maddison, I'm second in my league and need to catch first place, good gamble or not?

So midway point of the season, what have been your biggest lessons learned? And who do you feel has been the biggest difference maker so far?

            For me I have learned:
When in doubt bench the lower owned player, and
You regret the choice you don't make the most.

            Biggest difference maker = Son.
57pts over the last 5 game weeks and still under 15% ownership, bringing him in and captaining him once or twice and you are talking a potential 70pt gain over those without (the difference between the top 10k, and 100k.

What are your biggest takeaways from the season so far?

I feel that way too, definitely not ‘enjoying’ playing. Just going to see this season through and then leave it in the future.

Ahh you'll be back, we can't ever leave!
The second half of the season is what really counts... 🙂

                    I’m not so sure.
Definitely need to change my play style for the second half of the season.
Ignore price drops, watch/read less about fpl, and just follow my gut.

Yeah sometimes you can try too hard for sure, this place can be really useful or sometimes the opposite. There are a lot of 'casuals' above me in my MLs because they have just done the obvious so far. And I haven't!
Not a great 1st season half but my team value is good now. I'll definitely ease off the transfers and try and make the value count.
                      Good luck!

Struggling for a Hernandez replacement. Rashford is the only option and OGS mentioned rotating the front 3 which concerns me. Ings vs Man City, or what? Another price drop.
