There are two days to go until Fantasy Premier League (FPL) begins for 2024/25 – but there is still time to sign up for the free, award-winning LazyFPL newsletter!

We at Fantasy Football Scout are happy to announce a partnership with our friends at LazyFPL this season.

Over 50,000 Fantasy managers subscribe to their weekly missives.

If you’re not one of them, here’s what you’re missing…

Scout partners up with the LazyFPL newsletter

WHAT IS LAZYFPL?

Every Gameweek, these FPL masters condense all the key information and advice needed before the upcoming deadline, sending the newsletter out exactly 24 hours beforehand.

This season’s first offering will be received on Thursday 15 August at 18:30 BST because Manchester United host Fulham on Friday evening.

Such time period is a sweet spot between letting FPL situations develop and also allowing readers time to sort out their team.

How has Nkunku looked in pre-season?

Also, is the Nkunku appeal due to him being classed as a Midfielder when in reality he's a striker?

    A:
    Raya (Vladimarsson)
    Porro-Virgil-Hall-(Barco-Robinson)
    Saka-Diogo-Eze-ESR-(Sangaré)
    Haaland-Isak-Solanke

Downgrade Robinson to a 4 mil and take TAA instead of Big Virg?
Downgrade Big Virg to Quansah and upgrade ESR to Gordon?

    B:
    Raya (Vladimarsson)
    vd Ven-Quansah-Hall-(Barco-Robinson)
    Saka-Salah-Eze-ESR-(Sangaré)
    Haaland-Isak-J.Pedro

    Bank: 0.0

    Henderson

Bentley - Barco - Harwood Bellis - Jebbison

      1. Davido989
        • 16 Years

It's either him or Gabriel. I think Arsenal are a better defence, Gabriel is more nailed and has more goal threat from set pieces.

You’ve got to hope you don’t get any early injuries because you have very little bench to speak of. Barco potentially time limited, Harwood Bellis playing for the future whipping boys who’s manager said they wouldn’t sit back and Jebbison could well be second to Semenyo.

Is Isak really 'essential'? Home to Southampton, probably. After that, Newcastle have four away games, and home fixtures against Tottenham and Man City.

I'd back him to score at home again both Spurs and City.

yes, only doubt about him is his injury record. Seeing all these 'experts' predicting Newcastle finish 6-9th is funny. They're going to be so much better than that this season.

He was my first pick in my first draft.

I was just dabbling with a Haaland + Salah + 10m MID, and compromises would have to be made somewhere.

Feel it might be a bit too soon for them. We weren't too bad defensively at the weekend, so Ten Hag might not feel the need to rush them in without a full week of training at least.

Yes we weren't too bad defensively, but I think ETH also saw what most of us saw. Which was Evans at times struggling to play out from the back, specially under pressure and Licha not being the best at LB.

Should still be enough to get past Fulham at home really. Just a bit concerned about their injury records (Mazraoui especially) so just hoping they're not getting chucked in without being fully fit.
