It’s time for our Fantasy Bundesliga Matchday 15 team reveals, as our experts showcase the best picks, top differentials, and smart plays for the week ahead.

@Big4FPL

NOTES

  • I’m back inside the top 1,000, and despite having five transfers available, there are no major changes planned this week. The squad is well set, and with no pressing issues or injuries to address, patience feels like the right approach.
  • Once again, Harry Kane, Michael Olise, and Alejandro Grimaldo lead the way, taking the star roles. All three continue to deliver consistently and remain central to the structure of the team, making them difficult to move on from at this stage.

NOTES

  • GK’s: Diant Ramaj (7.16 – FCH) & Mio Backhaus (7.0 – SVW). While Daniel Batz from Mainz has proven to be better value than my current goalkeeper pairing, I like the fixtures for Ramaj and Backhaus this week and don’t want to spend a transfer here. Both are staying once again.
  • DEF’s: Maximilian Mittelstädt* (19.4 – VFB), David Raum (17.4 – RBL), Nico Schlotterbeck (15.64 – BVB), Rasmus Kristensen (14.57 – SGE) & Leopold Querfeld (6.54 – FCU). Deciding whether to sell Alejandro Grimaldo is likely to be my biggest call this week. Missing the last two matchdays was unexpected and has significantly impacted my rank. Until there is clearer information on his fitness, I am leaning towards selling him. Edmond Tapsoba leaving for AFCON will also be a major blow for Leverkusen, and with a tough away fixture against Leipzig, moving Grimaldo on may make sense if doubts remain. Querfeld will replace Danilho Doekhi for budget reasons. He has performed well in duels over the past few weeks and should be on penalties.
  • MID’s: Michael Olise* (29.9 – FCB), Ritsu Doan (16.13 – SGE), Aleix García (15.14 – B04), Christoph Baumgartner (12.78 – RBL) & Said El Mala (7.59 – KOE). In midfield, Doan and El Mala come in. I like their fixtures this week, and both offer multiple routes to points, having shown strong duel potential at times. Taking a punt on a Wolfsburg midfielder, either Patrick Wimmer or Lovro Majer, is also under consideration.
  • FWD’s: Harry Kane* (30.5 – FCB), Luis Díaz (23.25 – FCB) & Deniz Undav (15.62 – VFB). Díaz comes straight back in after serving his suspension last week. With few standout fixtures elsewhere, a triple-up on Bayern’s attack feels essential, and Díaz should be nailed to start. I am keeping Undav due to a lack of alternative forward options, especially with Yan Diomandé leaving for AFCON. This strong attacking line makes the formation decision slightly tricky. While that could change before the deadline, I am sticking with my trusted 4-4-2 for now.

NOTES

  • Another red arrow this week sees me slip outside the top 200, making this an important moment to respond. Matters were not helped by my transfers failing to save, which meant I effectively ran the same team for two consecutive weeks.
  • The main issue to monitor this week is players departing for AFCON. Most notably, Diomandé from Leipzig, which makes him a straightforward sell.
  • The current plan is to move on Yukinari Sugawara, Doekhi, Grischa Prömel, Diomandé, and Deniz Undav. The proposed replacements are Nico Schlotterbeck, Nnamdi Collins, Nikolas Nartey, Harry Kane, and Gomis.
  • This is the final Matchday before the free wildcard becomes available, so the approach is very much all-in for this round. The likely star players are Alejandro Grimaldo, if fit, alongside Michael Olise and Harry Kane.

NOTES

  • After an excellent week, I finished on 185 WR, which moved me up to an overall rank of 2,019. This week, the aim is to continue pushing towards the top 1,500 overall.
  • Last week, my Grimaldo star pick failed due to him not featuring. However, my differential selections performed well, and the 4-3-3 formation paid off nicely.
  • This week, I plan to replace Serge Gnabry with Deniz Undav and complete a Bayern triple-up by bringing in Karl. I will also add Maximilian Mittelstädt, who continues to deliver consistent returns and faces a strong opponent for potential upside. He is a leading candidate for my star this week.
  • The remaining transfers are likely to include Kaishu Sano, along with Ben Njinmah as a cheaper option with genuine haul potential.
